small mirror, big help
It’s pretty small, but our bath is small. Me and my daughter both like it. So much easier to pluck my brows now. it’s a bit hard to move the arm, but have gotten used to it- i would say that is an improvement they could make.

Shipping took a month, literally, which was annoying. Mirror itself is nice. Works perfectly where I installed it. It does not come with installation directions, but is fairly easy to install- there is a piece you attach to the wall with screws that are included. (I used the included anchors as mine was installed in drywall.) Then the mirror attaches to the piece that is bolted to the wall. After a few weeks of use it’s loosening up; the mirror is moving out and in easier. I added pictures so you can get a better idea of how it’s mounted.

Good, but hard to move.
Easy to install. VERY stiff on every joint. I am afraid I'm going to pull it out of the wall trying to make it bend at the joints.

The arm should move freely and easily. Perhaps a small amount of oil on the joints would improve the mobility.

Great Mirror
I ought this mirror as a gift for my sister for her birthday and she has not received it yet.v I have looked at the it before I wrapped it up for mailing and thought it looked great. I am sure she will love it. She has had one for years and hers is broken so I know she will be pleased. I plan on buying myself one. It's a good deal!
