    Junk cheap mop with liquid leaking. The mop is flimsy and will break at any given moment. The pad streaked my floors too. I will go back to my Swiffer. We will return this junk.

    Mop base has been redesigned and comes apart all the time

    We replaced our old mop with the same model. However, in order to save a step at the factory and make the packaging smaller, they redesigned the base of the mop so you have to put it together yourself. The redesign causes the base of the mop to separate from the handle when you pivot the mop. It separated 4 times while washing the kitchen floor for the first time. The old model had a grommet holding the base to the handle, and this has been replaced with a press fit piece that snaps apart when rotational pressure is applied. Old mop: would recommend. New mop: definitely would not recommend.

    Always used Swiffer Wet Jet. This has no batteries, reusable pads, and cleaning solution is refillable. It improved on the worst qualities of a Swiffer. The motor eventually burns out on the Swiffer. When I went to replace it I saw the Bona. So far it’s excellent!

    Great Mop!! Love it for apt living and wood floors.

    I've bought a few other "floor" instant mops over the years. All of which lacked good grip and cleaning for the floor. We're more an instant paper towel than a floor cleaner. We have frenchies and the little hairs and dust is constant! Great mop and the fabric head is great. Also, the spray on the mop head is far better than any other instant mop on the market. You get a lot of spray solution for the cost and it sprays evenly when it hits the floor.

    Disappointing Durability and Poor Design

    When I first got this mop, I loved it—it worked really well and was easy to use. But over time, the quality has gone downhill. Now, every time I need to refill the bottle, it's a struggle. The release button no longer works properly, so removing the bottle turns into a wrestling match. I even cut my fingers once trying to pry it loose. Most recently, the internal piece that connects the bottle to the mop broke—it was clearly getting stuck and finally snapped. It’s frustrating to see something that started out great become so unreliable.
