What is up with Swiffer changing the dusters?!?! Terrible with the strips. Supposed to loosen the dust?😳😳😳 It throws the dust everywhere! Also they are as thin as the blue duster now. Terrible design. Miss the fullness of the old 360. Have to now find a new duster.🤦🏻♀️ It’s so irritating when a company messes with something that didn’t need to change. Did they even go into a real home and use them to test them out? I don’t think so.

Both items were total wet when received because the entire box was very wet. Very disappointing. I will think twice on my next on line order. Terrible customer service. usedProducts are good but the way the came delivered to me was horrible.

I love the top layer for breaking down thicker coats of dust which has been super helpful cleaning garage areas and places we haven’t used for a season. The fact it helps remove 95% of allergens makes me as a mom feel so much better about our home. Each duster is long lasting for standard use so is a great value for money.

The duster picks up even the finest particles without just moving them around. It’s especially effective on electronics, shelves, and blinds. I also appreciate the light, fresh scent—it’s not overpowering. The packaging is convenient and keeps the refills clean until use. While the refills are slightly more expensive than others, the durability and effectiveness make them well worth the cost. I use one refill several times before it needs replacing, so I feel like I’m getting great value.

Very effective. This is a dust wiper so no scent whatsoever. Very durable. I can use 1 for at least 4 times dusting around the house. Just tap it when done to get all the dust out and reuse it again

These Swiffer Heavy Duty mops make cleaning quick and efficient. They pick up and hold dust everywhere, especially on curtains, ceiling fans, and shelves. The soft bristles make it easy to reach hard-to-reach places. I appreciate their ability to hold dust without scattering it. They are also gentle enough for electronics and delicate decor. The only downside is that they are disposable. However, for convenience and efficiency, they are a lifesaver for keeping a clean house with minimal effort. I always have them in my cleaning kit.

I love this Swiffer Duster Multi surface heavy duty refills. We have this duster in every room in the house. These really help me keep up with the fur and dust in the house not only inside but also outside of the house or window. Trey pick up dust really well and keep my house and table clean and dust free. I have been using Swiffer duster 360s for YEARS and have absolutely LOVED this product. It was perfect (stress on WAS). For unfathomable reasons, they have changed the product. It now has these weird little dots all over the duster and has become COMPLETELY USELESS. It no longer picks up dust - only scatters it around like an old fashioned feather duster. P
