For Sunscreen Use: Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. Apply in the morning to the face and neck. Its soft, oil-free refreshing texture is easily absorbed. For prebiotic benefits, use Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer at night.

  • A: This is a moisturizer with SPF protection, but I wouldn't compare this to a waterproof sports sunscreen, it's more an everyday moisturizer. Ceramides and Niacinamide are both good for repairing skin. I would especially recommend this product as a daily moisturizer if you're using active ingredients that make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, like Vitamin C or Retinol.

    Excellent daily moisturizer with SPF for face

    Amazing formula. It is fast absorbing, has high spf, keeps your skin staying moisturized all through the day and night, and doesn't make your skin burn like so many lotions today do with their added stuff. I started using it after Olay Complete SPF 30 changed their formula. La Roche is most similar to how Olay Complete SPF 30 was before they changed it. It's great for people who have sensitive skin who just want a good moisturizer and sun protection without all the percs that can cause irratability.

    Burns my eyes

    Game changer for people with sensitive skin and it

    First of all Laroche Posay never disappoints. I’ve been using the Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer UV Broad Spectrum SPF 30 for some time and I am so impressed. I have sensitive skin and it does not cause any irritation or redness at all. The scent is not overbearing and it’s really good in preventing sunburn. It does not leave any white cast on your face as well and the texture is smooth and not greasy. Overall it’s been a lifesaver for me and I can take it anywhere. I can reapply it too and it won’t leave my face greasy. Great product.

    Burns my eyes

    I like how it feels but it burns my eyes. I’m sensitive to sunblock near eyes and this one gets me every time.

    Daily Moisturizer with Sun Protection

    Great as a daily moisturizer with the added benefit of sunscreen. The finish isn’t sticky or greasy, so it works well under foundation. It also doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

    OBSESSED. I have struggled for years to find a face product containing SPF that doesn’t make me greasy/oily. I started using this almost 2 years ago and it is amazing. It smells just like sunscreen ( reminding me of hot sunny days—what better smell 😍) , and it absorbs right into the skin like it isn’t even there. It is easy to pack in a purse, travel bag, boat bag, etc., for all of your needs. I will neverrrr stop recommending this one!

    Doesn't pill, no white cast, moisturizer feel.

    Having really fair skin and approaching the age where freckles have turned into age spots and sun damage and having had squamous cell carcinoma in my 30's, sunscreen is my holy grail and I am always on the search for the best sunscreen. I'm terrible about reapplying because once make up is on, who wants to slather sunscreen back on your face? So I try pretty much all reasonably priced products that have dermatology approved ingredients and effectiveness. I have been using this for years now and it's the only one I keep coming back to. I LOVE that it has a built in moisturizer and helps my face feel hydrated. It absorbs really well and without a white cast at all. It feels just like a moisturizer, not like sunscreen at all. It doesn't burn my eyes. I have tried a couple of their other products with higher SPF in the tall skinny bottles, tinted and not, but they ALL pill on my face. This does not. It literally feels just/only like putting moisturizer on. If I have any beef with this, I wish it had a higher SPF but again, their higher SPF all pill on me. I love it. Won't stop buying. Give it a chance.
