I bought this because I was getting a breast pump where the company had horrible customer service and I didn't want to work with them if it broke. My momcozy pump broke 1 month in and when I tried to get my protection plan they said I couldn't and I had to use the manufacturer instead. COMPLETELY USELESS AND NO REFUND

I had to cancel my order for car seat as it was no longer available therefore I did not need the 2 year protection. However, I can not get refunded for the 2 year protection. So I have a 2 year protection plan for nothing!

The picture quality is wonderful but unfortunately the range is not. My camera isn't even 100' from the monitor and it loses connection with it

Only received an email with the information for the protection plan so you definitely need to pay attention to your email. I purchased the protection plan because the product I purchased had some bad reviews and I wanted to be covered. So far I haven't had to use it, but it's nice to know I have a 2 year back up plan in case anything goes wrong.
