Filled out claim and sent phone back because it got wet and they had me print off ups label and sent it back and received c2 in about 7 days from filing claim and mailing phone back. Excellent service

Ripped off by Target and Square Trade
purchased a FITBIT from Target (open package) sales associate said there was nothing wrong with the product but I could purchase a square trade warranty to cover the product if something goes wrong. Well, it won't sync after less than 3 months. Filled out a claim on square trade and it was denied, saying the item was already damaged.
WHY would Target sell me a damaged product?? And why would it have not come up damaged when I purchased the Square Trade warranty and put in the serial number. This is just wrong!! Cn't take it back because I cannot find the receipt. Out both the money for the warranty and the Fitbit.

Best protection company
I love SquareTrade this is the second time they fix my daughters tablet. They have always fix the problem quick and send the tablet back with in 2 days of fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend SquareTrade to anyone who buys anything

The best insurance plan is SQUARETRADE.
I love the warranty from squaretrade, it is simple to file a claim and you have several options to choose from, but if you choose cash you'll have it within a week. I only purchase items that offer the squartrade warrant plan.

This protection plan was worth every penny! A boy at my daughter's school broke her phone. It was away in the front pocket of her backpack & as a joke he took it & slammed it on the floor. Of course her phone was smashed because of the weight of her books. I filled out the claim online & within a week I was cashing a check to get a new phone. Thank you Squaretrade! You helped make a horrible situation into a good one!
