Embarrased because of product failure. Read my ratings as zero stars
It's the one guard you need when you don't need a guard. Honestly, I bought this with a 50% off coupon because I couldn't find anything to buy. I've used CVS guards, Depends guards and even Rite=Aid guards and this is two standard deviations below any of them for the ability to protect me and my clothes from stress incontinence following prostate cancer surgery. This product failed and led to an embarrassing incident with wet pants. Not a good look. You can do better, Target.

We appreciate your feedback, and are so sorry to hear that our male guards did not meet your absorbency expectations. The sizing information on the packaging are there to help you determine the best size, but this is only a guide, since each body is different. You may find that the next largest size works better at providing the absorbency that you would expect. If we can help further with finding the best level of absorbency, we are happy to help at guest.service@target.com.

Best in Class
I switched to these several years ago with good results. Good price, dependable and consistent quality with a reasonable price. I ocassionally try other brands, but always come back! Works well for this 84 year old man.

Best Comfort
Up&UP Mens pads are the most comfortable for me after prostrate surgery. I have been using them for a year, have tried other brands, and like the Target generic UP&UP mens pads best. I do not use the adhesive on the pads. I use one safety pin in the middle to hold in place. I usually use a jock strap during the day, and briefs at night. Had to stop using briefs with leg extensions, as shown on pad instructions. Briefs as noted on instructions on the pads should be used (those without extensions for legs). But for a really good active fit during the day a jock strap cannot be beat.

Comfortable protection
These pads provide the protection my husband needs from the little dribbles that happen as he's gotten older and recovered from prostate cancer surgery. He says they are comfortable, didn't even feel that he was wearing one. It's hard to admit that we are getting old but wonderful to know the Up&Up pads are available to comfortably take care of one of the little senior annoyances we face.

Packaging better than Depend
Post radical prostatectomy, my leaking is not severe, and this absorbency is enough for me. Tried both Target & Depend, and the pads themselves seem identical. Target's advantage is that they're individually wrapped in an easily-opened plastic pouches, which you can reuse to discreetly dispose of your used pad. Depend uses a light fabric, which I have yet to open without tearing to pieces. For visual and (cough) aromatic discretion, I think Target's the way to go.
