Unfortunately I hate this curling iron. The power button is exactly where my thumb goes when curling, so I turn it off with every curl. Also the little tab at the end that keeps the curling iron off the counter gets caught in my hair and pulls it out. I had a simple, cheap conair for probably 15 years and the wiring finally gave out. Replaced with this one and it will be going in the trash.

On/off and Temperature Selection
Horrible placement of the on/off button, not to mention the temperature option no matter how hard I tried to avoid touching it, it gets in the way so I’m constantly pressing the off button. Thinking about just buying a different curler at this point. Waste of money.

Affordable, gets the job done
Pros: - Curls hair well and quickly. I have very thick, straight hair and havent had a problem getting my curls to last if done in smaller segments. - Cute colorway, more fun than the black/silver one I had before this - Heats up quickly with a wide range of temps - Affordable for those who cant/dont want to spend more on a different curling iron Cons: - This is me being picky, but this curling iron doesnt weigh much, so getting it to sit still on your counter is a challenge. When set down, it swivels/rotates in whichever direction the cord is plugged into the wall. This gets frustrating when in a rush or just trying to avoid direct heat contact on your countertops since the resting notch is very small. If you have larger counters this might not be as frustrating. - The on buttons are in a poorly chosen location for how they are designed. Since they are flush with the curling irons main structure, rather than raised up in similar models, it's easy to accidentally press them and turn off your iron while in the middle of a curl Overall I would recommend this product as its affordable and gets the job done, however I do think the design could use some adjustments for ease of use.

Awful Power/Temp Control Location
Power button and temperature dial in a horrible location. While curling it would turn off or change the temp every time I touched it. I tried it several times, and continually would turn the power off or turn the heat down while curling a section. I returned it.
