Not working...has added sugars
I have used a different brand with dissolvable tablets that is much better. These gunmies have an ok taste and were soft, but there shouldn't be a need to add sugar. These, like many gummies, aren't consistently dosed and they didn't work for me. Recommendation is to stick to the tablets for better effectiveness and proper dosage.

Devious labeling.
Don't be fooled by this devious "Best Seller"! Instead, buy the container marked 5 mg. Both the 10 mg and 5 mg bottles have 90 gummies at exactly the same strength (5 mg/gummie). To get a 10 mg dose, you have to take 2. PAY LESS and buy the jar marked 5 mg. Take 2 of those to get the same 10 mg dose. (Or take one for 5 mg.)

I ordered four at once. When I checked the expiration date, it was June 2026! I was very unhappy because it seemed like they sent me expired products with only six months left before they expire. The delivery was also 4-5 days later than expected, so I couldn't return them because I had to leave for a month-long trip. This is the worst. I highly recommend buying these in person at a store where you can check the expiration date!!

Horrible headaches
I bought this a few days ago took a gummy. It didn’t do anything for me. It took a second one. I felt a little tired, but I developed a horrible migraine. I brushed it off and decided to give it another chance and the same thing happened the next night have one of the worst headaches I’ve ever had.

Seems not to work
A friend gave me the natroll 5mg gummies . I tried it and it worked like magic . I then decided to buy the 10mg myself online from a company called sleepaids. This did nothing for me even with blackout curtains and when I even take 2 gummies making 29mg still nothing at all. Hence am angry . Have in light the fake type or just unlocks with this !

Starting with a smaller dose will allow you to see how your body reacts and gauge if your body needs more or less melatonin. You can gradually increase or decrease your dosage until you find the right amount, but do not exceed 10mg, the maximum recommended dosage. Wastes of money!!
They have a alright taste to me, but they don't work like different gummies I used to take! I've also started having crazy nightmares..

Too effective
I cannot take these in any of their mg. They make me so sleepy and still feel the effects the following day. I tried taking it at different times thinking maybe the earlier I take 1 gummy the more time I have for the effects to wear off and it doesn’t make a difference. I’ve taken other melatonin brands and the effects wear off by the time I wake up. But these last about a whole 24 hours for me. I’m not a coffee drinker and I’ve had to drink coffee on two occasions because I could not shake the effects of being overly sleepy the following day. I could not function. My husband takes the 5mg and he doesn’t experience the same effects as me. They taste great and I would say they are definitely effective but too effective for me.

May be tasty but they do not work.
Gummy was tasty . That’s it. Did not work as Olly sleep aid does . Silly me for trying something different. DO NOT waste your money on these . You will be up all night sitting in the dark regretting your purchase.

the absolute best
these are the best melatonin gummies and trust me when I say ive tried them all. they dont leave me drowsy the next day and I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes of taking them.

These used to taste great. I have been using them for years off and on. My most recent bottle tastes awful. They stick to your teeth. This is a different product. I have to switch to another brand now. Disappointed
