I really like this spray for its nonstick properties and the fact that you can use it up to 500°F without smoke. Unfortunately, I have trouble with the nozzle. It doesn’t seem to spray consistently and sometimes I have to take a spatula to move it around the pan to get even coating. It doesn’t seem to have any particular flavor and I like that. It’s 100% pure avocado oil. I use this mainly for cooking in a pan, but as indicated I do have trouble with the spray pattern.

I like this item a lot, but the last time I bought it, the top was broken and every time I try to use it, oil goes everywhere.

Why I kept it: food tastes good without any weird aftertaste, spray goes on easy, & best of all, no residue on my pan after cleaning! I opted for a spray over pouring oil so the portion is more controlled for healthy eating. Why I needed it: I had to ditch toxic chemicals so I switched to a cast iron pan. I noticed when I used good & gather sprays (not the non stick ones), it would leave an oil residue on my pan that took hours of scrubbing to remove. After this avocado oil spray, I noticed ZERO residue after cleaning, so now I actually look forward to cooking. (For reference, I cook on low-medium heat using an induction burner, never burns food when you cook slow & controlled)

Purchased to preseason my Hexclad pans on their recommendation to use avocado oil. As I’m not a fan of avocado I was reluctant to do so as I was concerned anything I cooked in it would have an avocado aftertaste. This isn’t cheap so my reluctance was high. Glad I rolled the dice on it. No avocado aftertaste! After pre-seasoning my Hexclad wok I immediately scrambled some eggs and the eggs were perfect and did not taste of avocado. This does not spray like PAM - fine mist. It sprays in visible strands of oil perfect for when you need to season a pan of any kind and spread it around. (Not ideal to finish off food prior to baking though.) I keep this and a can of PAM for Air Fryer in mu cupboard. I’ve always been an EVOO gal but have been converted to avocado. I used this to spray down a cookie sheet and they turned out great, too.

I've been using Chosen Foods Avocado Oil for a years. When my spray (different brand) ran out, I decided to try their spray. Horrible mistake. It has a "2 in 1" feature where you get a mist with a fast press and a stream with a slow press. No matter how I press it, I get a puddle before the mist comes out. So, I bought a spray bottle and will fill it with their regular avocado oil instead.

Maybe the oil is great but solely based on the sprayer I will not purchase again. It goes everywhere and stains my clothes and is all over the floor. Why would they design it like this?

The oil is fine. The spray nozzle sprays so wide that I need to wipe down the counter, floor and backsplash if I use it. I’ve bought several because I love their bottled oil but every sprayer has this issue. I’m done with it.

The Avocado Oil Spray is a staple when cooking my morning breakfast in a skillet. Best of all, the mild flavor doesn’t overwhelm the fried eggs!

You get a lot of oil from this can ! My only complaint is the two holes kind of just spray all over the place. Very strong blast of oil

The bottle design can you some improvements. It doesn't really spray, it is more of a squirt. It comes out the tip so your finger gets greasy too.

This is not non stick Look what happened

At first, I thought this spray was hot garbage until just realized that I wasn’t pressing down hard enough. If you’re too gentle, I’ll come out like a squirt of solid oil. But if you press hard, you WILL get a fine mist spray out of it.

My favorite spray for the last few years. It is a bit pricey but a healthier alternative

Most oils when tested do not have PURE oils in them they are blended. I buy this brand because it has proven to be pure when random testing!

Only Use avocado that’s what I like nothing added
