I would never buy it again nor recommend it.
It’s worthless. It takes 3-5 hours to charge to only get 15 minutes of continuous use. I can’t clean my car with one charge. Waste of money!

Great Hand Vac
This is the best hand vacuum I have ever had. It has enough power to clean small messes, keeps a long charge and isn’t too heavy. Emptying it is also super easy. I bought this one for upstairs and I have the same one downstairs that I have used for 5 years.

I don't like how I have to clean the whole device brush & all after vacuuming ONLY ONE carpeted step. otherwise it's great. LOVE t.hat part of the purchase proceeds went to helping animals.

Just be careful if you do buy this because of durability...
The durability is definitely an issue. I had to replace it with the one year warranty because the inner plastic piece that the waste goes into (the crevice tool also hooks into) cracked. Not an issue getting it replaced, so customer service was good. But a few months later… it’s broken again. It’s not under the 1 year warranty anymore, so I won’t be buying this one again. It’s too bad because it works well, but it’s just not durable. we never take the crevice tool out, because it works better (in my opinion) with it on. But you have to be super careful if you leave the crevice tool in the vacuum.

Came used, missing piece, with dirty tissue
This was obviously previously purchased and returned, then sold to me. It was missing an attachment, all the packaging was not like new, and it had a wad of someone’s dirty tissue trash inside one of the bags!! This is disgusting and unacceptable. Why target??!!

Good vacuum but canister breaks easily
The vacuum itself works good and has decent suction but the canister breaks easily where the attachment goes in. Mine broke within 6 months, they sent me a replacement and that one broke with in 2 weeks. I was told they couldn't do anything more after that. Now I'm having to buy a whole new vacuum because the suction isn't there.
