Q: When charged, how long does it last?

A: It lasts longer than 20 minutes. I use it to vacuum my stairs, couches, and dog beds every two days, and that takes me longer than 20 minutes.

A: This handheld vac is actually quite loud. It might wake someone up! Seems almost louder than my Bissell Featherweight Cordless STICK vacuum (which doubles as a handheld). But it has great suction.

While this vacuum isn’t perfect, I have had mine for at least 4 years. A little noisier now, it still removes dust, lint and of course dog hair! When my dog chewed through the charging cord I decided rather than paying $30 for a new cord I’d just buy a new vacuum. Battery life is great, it’s a bit difficult to change the attachments as I don’t have much hand strength. I even paid full price for the second vacuum, and for me that’s a huge endorsement as I always look for sales! In my first world life I can’t imagine being without my Bissel hand held vacuum!

I was skeptical given some of the reviews but this vacuum works really well! We use it for my MIL’s camper and it sucks up everything! The attachments are all very effective too (although it can take some wiggling to get them on and off but that is better than being loose) I would definitely recommend this one!

I have used this for years now and it is a LIFESAVER. From a 90lb Samoyed mix, an Aussie, a Great Pyrenees, two long haired cats, and one short haired cat- it’s a miracle. Between this and a Roomba our home stays spotless 🙏🏼 I use 4-5 times per week on our couch, island chair cushions, bedding, bird seed on a balcony, car seats, car floors, countertops for dried up rice / crumbs, and even to suck up an occasional small water puddle from our dogs not eating their crunched up ice cube. I can’t imagine the allergies if I didn’t have this tiny thing to suck up the hair and dander. BUT the battery does suck. It lasts about 30 minutes and takes hourssss to charge. If it could last at least an hour, it would perfect on all counts for me.

I bought a hand held cordless bissel Pet Hair Eraser two weeks ago. The suction was good however it is not built sturdy. I accidently dropped it and the two little clips that hold the front part on broke off. I had another cordless, hand held from another company for over 10 years and it has had it's falls and has never broke or cracked. I placed an order from them for for a new oneyesterday. I will never buy or recommend a Bissel to anyone.

We bought a Bissell pet hair eraser a while ago and I love it. But I got a surprise today. I just wanted to do a quick touch up on some dog hair on a rug that I vacuumed a week ago. I was shocked when I emptied filter to see the amount of dirt that was left there. I thought the canister vacuum we have was good quality. Obviously it is not very good when a small hand held vacuum cleaner picked up a huge amount of dirt that the canister vacuum cleaner didn’t clean up. Overall, I like it. My mom likes it so much, she asked for one for her bday. It is very convenient and does a decent job. But, it is still not a replacement for our plug in Rocket handheld. I just tested the plug in after this Bissel, and there enough left from just the stairs to dump. The other issue is the battery indicator. There isn't one. It is either green or flashing red. And flashing red occurs when it's just starting to decrease in pitch and suction. It's so easy to put in at least a <50% indication that I have to take a star for that alone because it means you don't even know if you can finish the job. I literally went from green at the start of a single flight of stairs to flashing red and losing power by the end.

I love this little machine! I bought it for my new Palisade (black interior) and my boat. My four rescue dogs travel everywhere with us and they shed like crazy. This allows me to do a quick clean up, especially when I have company. Recommend? Definitely!
