Q: When charged, how long does it last?

A: It lasts longer than 20 minutes. I use it to vacuum my stairs, couches, and dog beds every two days, and that takes me longer than 20 minutes.

I like the vacuum itself and feel like it works really well. I moved into a place with all wood so I only need it to clean up my living room rug (5×7) and occasionally around the litter box. I have to charge basically every other use and that seems really outrageous to me considering I have only had it for a month and or so. Its easy to use and clean up, I dont have any other complaints, but it takes several hours to charge for a device I only get maybe 30 minutes of use out of.

We bought one of these at least 6 years ago, and it is still going strong. It does an excellent job of picking up the hair. It's also light enough for me to manage as a tiny person, and the charge is strong enough (still!) to get the job done every day.

I’ve had the Pet Hair Eraser Vacuum for almost two years and felt it was time to review it after long term use. I purchased the vacuum because I manage a 1920’s apartment building and vacuuming the narrow stairwells that have no electrical outlets with a regular upright vacuum was challenging. This vacuum started out great. My only gripe at first was its short battery life, although based on reviews I was expecting this. The vacuum would die after being in use for 15 – 20 minutes, just about the time it would take for me to clean the building’s stairwell in one sitting. Over time, the vacuum loses life much sooner, now closer to only 10 minutes of use. The most annoying issue I’m experiencing now is the horrible screeching sound it makes when the power foot is attached. Even when the power foot is taken apart and deep cleaned, it still makes the sound of a wounded animal. It does not make this sound with other attachments or if no attachments are on it, so it must be an isolated issue with the power foot. With this being a Bissell product I was expecting more from its quality and for it to last longer.

I bought this 5 months ago and it stopped working. I charged it (and can see the green light) for at least 24 hours, unplugged it and turned it on. It turns on for about 2 seconds then shuts off.

It didn’t handle my st. Bernard hair, even after I used the big vacuum. The bristles clog easily. If you have a dog that doesn’t shed or minimal hair. Sure.

Stopped working after 6 months and then by that point I couldn’t return it. It works great when it’s new, but then it stops working out of nowhere. Based on other reviews, it doesn’t look like I’m the only one that has happened to. If you decide to get this, get whatever warranty is offered.

I plugged this in to charge, and the light was stuck on red, which meant it wasn't functioning correctly. I called the 800 number and was on hold for a long time. so I'm just sucking up the loss to pay to return the item. Disappointed in the customer service and that this didn't work.
