Don't waste your money like I did
I purchased one of these last winter, and it broke after three months (water leaking everywhere and it wasn't misting). I figured it was a fluke and purchased two more for this season. Two weeks into using one, and this is now the second morning we've noticed that the carpet in front of it is soaked after running overnight. Hoping target will take it back without the box.

Pleased with this purchase and the 5-year warrenty
I bought this in April 2022 and have found the product to be reliable and as described. I have used it intermittently since I bought it and have been very pleased with the ease and results. For whatever reason, it started leaking and stopped working. When I followed up with the company, they were helpful and explained my next steps to receive a replacement as it was still under warranty. Easy to show the receipt and send a picture. I look forward to receiving the replacement.

Great output, leaky base
Love the humidity output on this thing, but it can’t hold more than a few cups of water before leaking from the base. The top reservoir doesn’t hold any of the water I put in and it’s made quite a mess. Since it can only hold a little water at the bottom, it runs dry very quickly and has to be refilled often. Not happy with all the leaks, but it’s not a complete waste considering how cheap it is.

We bought several humidifiers. They work great and are quiet. After four years, one started to have problems. Since it had a five year warranty, we contacted the company. They replaced it free of charge. Customer service was friendly and fast.

Awesome Humidifier!
We received this humidifier as a baby gift for my second child. We had tried a different brand with our first born and this one was so much nicer! First, it’s whisper quiet-huge plus! Second- manual turn knob allows you to set the amount of moisture released and gives a perfect range of options. Third- the water tank is a huge capacity so we only had to refill twice a week. We love our humidifier and decided to buy a Pure air purifier which is also amazing. Pure products are the way to go! Plus their customer service is top notch if you ever have any questions or issues. Highly recommend!

We have been using this humidifer for the past 2 years for our child until we recently started to experience an issue. First of all, the humidifier is great but what's even better is the customer service. Good humidifier.
Runs quietly and produces plenty of humidity. However, it shuts off around 2 hours later despite having a full tank. Not sure if mine is faulty but it’s frustrating waking up to a dry room.

When it works it’s great, but longevity not so mic
I am once again having issues with my humidifier. Last year when I went to turn it one it was making an odd sound and it was something I couldn’t fix. They sent me a replacement as I had only had it a year. For the new one in March 2022. I’ve kept up with the scale and build up but it now will not release any mist. I see the bubbles but nothing comes up. I cleaned it well today and still nothing tonight.

Pros and Cons
This is a fairly compact, easy to use humidifier with a good range of adjustment for moisture level. I was gifted this humidifier two years ago and happily used it for about 4 months each year during the winters. This year when I went to turn it on, everything worked fine expect the motor made a horrible loud noise instead of the normal quite hum. The warranty department was quick to respond to my questions and follow up. I was surprised when I received an entirely new humidifier (which has been working well for the past few weeks). It's a disappointment that it is cheaper to simply send a new product versus replacing one part in the old one. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one.

Warranty Replacement
Original tank has a leak on the side walls, so can't use yet. They are kindly sending a warranty replacement, so I won't know how it works until I receive the replacement.
