    Terrible new formula and smell is aweful!

    I have been using this for over 10 years and I won't be using it anymore after your change to the formula and scent! It makes my head itch and it stinks! Why would you change it, if it's already perfect!? I'm now moving on to another shampoo! This is aweful!

    Reformulation SUCKS

    Please bring the old formula back from a few years ago. The new one is not good at all. You guys had a perfectly good formula that actually did something to make my hair feel and look better. And the scent change IS CRIMINALLL! the new one is garbage! Bring back the sweet almond and vanilla scent !! ( total repair 5 repairing line . The black and gold)

    Scent changed, change it back please

    It’s been a year since the scent has changed for this shampoo and conditioner. PLEASE change it back to the previous scent. Nobody likes it. It’s too strong and doesn’t smell good. Nobody wanted you guys to change the scent so why did that even happen in the first place? This shampoo and conditioner used to sell out and now it just sits on the shelves. Change it back please. Get all of these complaints sent to the right people who will actually change it back.

    Hate the new smell.

    I have been using this shampoo for 13 years. I love what it does for my hair. Now I can no longer use it. I do not like strong smells. I get headaches from them. Now after 13 years have to go find another shampoo because of scent change.

    What happened

    Used this line for years and loved it! Recently since buying the new bottles I’ve experienced HEAVY hair shedding. Nothing else has changed in my hair routine. Since switching to a whole new brand the excessive shedding has stopped. If the formula was changed, please please please change it back.

    As an African American women this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel wonderful. I will be purchasing more. I don't know how a shampoo could make you have a bald spot and the smell is good because your hair doesn't smell like outdoors or the elements for days. Send me more if you don't like yours.     I tried this one because the Hyaluron Pump was out of stock and I regret it so much! This combo of shampoo and conditioner dried my hair out terribly. I even used the hair mask in this line and still, my hair felt like straw. I had to cut a few inches off because they looked FRIED. I will never use this line again.

    New Formula Is a Miss

    I have been a loyal user of this product for every bit of 5 years. I have loved it. However, the recent formula change has been devastating. The smell is absolutely awful. At first I thought I’d accidentally grabbed my husband’s body wash because it smells like a man’s scent. Second, it makes my scalp itch in the worst way possible. Lastly, the build up it leaves is insane. I have NEVER had these issues. This is my third try with this new formula thinking maybe they needed time to get it right but I cannot keep using this bottle and will be throwing it out. I am so disappointed as I loved this shampoo/conditioner.
