Disappointed at first
I bought the first box of 12 and there were 3 broken bins in it. I bought a second box of 12 (without returning the first one) and there were 2 broken bins in it. I took the good ones out of the first box to make 12 good ones and returned the box with 5 broken bins. Is the warehouse in Massillon, Ohio where they came from not checking the product before it leaves to fill orders??? I now have 12 bins that hopefully will hold up. Also the latch color on the bins is not what is advertised on the Target site.

Damaged online item
One of the six totes arrived cracked, the shipping box was crushed on the bottom. therefore unusable. I called customer service and was told I could NOT get credit for the tote but would have to return all six. Very disappointed, I live an hour away from the closest Target in Cleveland, TN so I just ate the loss.

I’m mildly pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, several bins had damaged corners. I’m aware that Target cannot control all shipping procedures. I know I could have returned them for the damages that were done however, I must consider that another shipment would come with the same damage. I’ve choose to keep the plastic containers as I need them now..

I do have a suggestion regarding lid covers. We belong to a group and volunteer to teach kids how to camp and enjoy the outdoors. Love life and enjoy nature. Our group can be from 50-150. We always take our Sterilite containers to put food in and keep warm. Kids and white lids are not a good combo. If someone can tell me where I can get red lids that would be awesome. Thank you!

Please use the "Where to Buy" button located on the product page. This feature will show you all the retailers, and online retailers, that carry this item. Contact your local retailers and they will be able to provide inventory information. A store can be temporarily out of stock at any given time. Not the carriers fault
No packaging used!!! Damaged and so upsetting. Target did nothing to ensure these arrived undamaged and can't claim to care about customer service or customer satisfaction. This is not a shipping problem. This is a packaging problem. Talk about wasting customers time and money and expectations.

Product is ok, but not packaged properly
Two of the twelve arrived broken. They were stacked in a large box with no paper or wrap. Because it's sold by a third party Target cannot replace just the two, and I don't really want to go through the hassle of returning the whole set because it was a pretty big box, and also I needed them right away. I guess I will be only getting to use 10 of them. Just be aware it is a third party seller and that they aren't packaged properly before you order.
