Description

Created with Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer, the KRAMER by ZWILLING EUROLINE Stainless Steel Damascus Collection features stainless steel blades made to his exacting standards, maximizing curves, balance and utility.The knives are hand-finished with a traditional 3-step process by skilled Japanese artisans. Combined with the SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, the ice-hardened CRYODUR blades deliver scalpel-like sharpness, stay sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan. The SG2 super steel core is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern, which is complimented by a stunning black linen Micarta handle and signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin.

    Timeless

    I went in store to experience the feel of the knives in my hand. I have quite small hands so anything too heavy feels burdensome and clunky. When I picked this one up it was the most natural feel, like an extension on my arm. It cuts, of course, perfectly. And it's simply so beautifully, I can't wait to treasure this forever.

    Hard and sharp as carbon steel, but hassle free

    Beautiful sharp edge

    Excellent Knife

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook a lot at home and this nice Damascus prep knife is a great addition to my kitchen knife collection. I am a long time Zwilling knife user owning serveral Miyabi Artisan and Zwilling Pro knives. This prep knife uses the same MC63 steel as my Artisans which hold sharp edges really well. It feels well balance in my hand. If price is not a concern, it's a must have for your collection.

    It’s beautiful.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Kramer for about a month now, and really impressed with the results. The handle is great, and excellent for medium sized hands like mine. Find edge and arrived quite sharp. Would use a pretty good stone to keep it that way, but don’t go too course or else you’ll scratch the patterning. Keep it sharp, I sharpen once a week. Would recommend if you can find a deal, otherwise it really is quite expensive but worth every Penny
