Do not buy this knife.

Dullest knife I have ever had. Sharpening did not help. Just useless and awful. Made in China, not Germany so forget the brand name.

Outstanding Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently lost all my Henckel knives in a fire. When it was time to replace my knives I knew this Chefs knives would be the first one ordered. The balance of the knife in my hand is perfect. The blade cuts with precision and ease. Very thankful I could once again have this knife back in my kitchen.

Wonderful.

Beautiful knife. Perfect in every way. Love cutting with this knife. I wish I owned 4 more. You can feel the quality. I actually sliced a garlic clove the way the pros do it. Whoo Hoo! An amazing knife. Do not settle for less.

The Right Knife Makes a Difference
