Do not buy this knife.
Dullest knife I have ever had. Sharpening did not help. Just useless and awful. Made in China, not Germany so forget the brand name.

Outstanding Quality

The balance of the knife in my hand is perfect. The blade cuts with precision and ease. Very thankful I could once again have this knife back in my kitchen.

Wonderful.
Beautiful knife. Perfect in every way. Love cutting with this knife. I wish I owned 4 more. You can feel the quality. I actually sliced a garlic clove the way the pros do it. Whoo Hoo! An amazing knife. Do not settle for less.
