Melissa & Doug First Play Childrens Jungle Wooden Activity Table for Toddlers: Enhances Memory & Fine Motor Skills

Item took longer than expected to be delivered. Upon delivery item was in its original box and both seals were opened. After opening the screws fell out of the box because the package was open. Only to realize after assembling it that the side of it was damaged.

Arrived dirty, used and damaged

This activity table is great. There is some assembly required, but it is easy. I took off a star because they did a very poor job packing and shipping this. The top of the box was opened when it got to my door and the box to the activity table was opened and squished, but thankfully nothing was missing.

Idea and concept are great. Quality is not up to typical Melissa and Doug standards. It appears dirty and chipped already right out of the box.

I do not recommend this product. Upon unboxing the corners are already chipped. My toddler will be prone to having splinters because of this.

Paint was chipped out of the box and it continues to chip. Some of the wood edges have splinted. Not great quality, not worth the money.

I purchased this toy for my grandchildren. They were interested in this toy for the longest time. They enjoyed all the moving parts. Both grandchildren, ages 8 and 9 months old play together and do not tire of this toy every time they visit.

We've lived the versatility. Without the legs, it's been great for my six month old. She loves it for tummy time and will play with it for a while! I didn't realize some of the things she could do until I gave her this and it's helped her practice skills. I also sit with her between my legs and put it in our laps for her to practice sitting and she loves that too! If she's done with one side, I just turn it. Eventually I added legs to the back to put it at an angle, which is also awesome. Some of the paint is a bit worn but we got it used, so no complaints there. We love that it's a wood toy.

My 6 month old daughter loves this activity table. Doesn't get over stimulated for there isn't music or bright lights. Yet, she will sit at the table for 30 mins straight playing with the different pieces. Especially loves the birds and butterfly. Only part I worry about it the gear piece. She sometimes tries putting her finger in between the gears and I am worried about it getting smashed. It was a quick fix with a little hot glue til her fingers aren't so small.

One leg did not fit. There was a plastic piece on top that would not let you screw in the leg. In order to attach leg you would need to drill new hole. Very disappointed. Returned play table. Several other reviews in-line mentioned this problem. This needs to be addressed. Because it seems to be an ongoing problem I didn’t order another table of the same kind and instead switched brands.

I thought it was a standup table. It is cute and the baby likes it but he cannot use it to stand and play.

Such a fun activity table. It's the perfect size for my 7 month old to sit up and play. I wish I had it sooner. It would have been perfect for when he was just learning to sit to encourage him to practice that. It would be better if it had suction cups on the legs so it wouldn't slide when my son pushes on it.

I know it has the measurements on sight but I imagined it to be taller and my 8 month old tried to step over it and into it already lol but she does love all the other little toys on it

Just OK. My grandson was bored with it after a few days.

At 5 months old, he was truly infatuated with it. I honestly couldn't believe a 5 month old could be so attentive to an object. I'm thrilled that I bought this for him and just needed to share how much he loves it! Moving onto 6 months, he's been able to move the butterfly wings, spin the leopard, move the snake, move the crocodile up the river and loves to move the 2 birds on the "wire".

I can see how some of the reviews say it's too simple I can see this keeping her entertained for a shorter amount of months rather than the more complicated ones. Its nice to help her sit because I do like the height for that.

Bought this as a present for a one year old. They are not able to pull it yet but they are having fun with it!
