Perfect 1:1 GF Flour!
As someone with celiac, I have tried just about EVERY flour out there. This one is one of my favorites. It is soft, fluffy, and acts like a white all-purpose flour. Works in baking, rouxs, and everything in between. Stands up to all the name brand GF flours - even better. The best part, it is amazingly affordable. I always stock up whenever I go.

Do NOT buy this!
There’s a reason this GF flour is cheap. It has a bitter after taste, even after baking. Some GF flours can have it. I’m disappointed, I thought being a Good and Gather the quality would be good. I will stick to Bobs Red Mill.

Good price but oddly dense in texture and bad taste undisguisable. I thought something was off about my recipes, but no—the problem is this flour. I even tried to mix it with the King Arthur GF flour I bought and still the strong bitter taste made my muffins almost inedible. Do not recommend unless on a very tight budget.

Fantastic Gluten-Free Flour Blend!
I am so impressed with this gluten-free flour. I've tried many blends, and this one has become a staple in my pantry. I've made scones, biscuits, and cookies, and they all came out with the perfect texture and flavor. The ultimate test? My gluten-loving friends were shocked to find out they were eating gluten-free treats! I specifically love that the main ingredient is millet flour. It the necessary structure that many other blends lack, making it fantastic for bread recipes. I only wish this came in a larger bulk size because I go through it so fast!

Love this flour
I love this flour. It's perfect for things that don't require anything too precise. For example, dusting a surface to roll out dough, or using as a thickener, or a crisp topping, etc. Helps me stretch my expensive flours further. I prefer Bobs 1:1 for anything baking related, but you could most likely use this one too, with a slightly different texture outcome.
