Low Glycemic Organic Sugar
Target is where i shop for almost everything now so i have looking for healthier everyday essentials and just purchased this very reason that its Organic and Low Glycemic. It is not Not very sweet unlike those regular refined white or brown sugar. I did try tasting it as it is before i did mix it with my coffee and it taste like a little caramel and nutty for me. Will see how good this is then will decide if it worth more than 8$ for a tiny 24oz jar.

Good brand for coconut sugar
I tried at a friends house. It's good if you like coconut sugar. Just keep in mind that coconut sugar is not as sweet as pure cane. You might end up having more grams of sugar to achieve the same taste. This is a better substitute if you don't like "too sweet" items and want to be healthier.

Best Coconut Sugar on the market taste they pack it to the top so they don’t skimp and the container is nice too if you want to upcycle!!! Love the price and everything! So Happy target has this I can’t live without coconut sugar in my coffee and I’m a mom of 2 little kids so I need my coffee!!!

Nice, Subtle Sweetness
I substituted this sugar for regular granulated sugar in a cookie recipe that called for sugar in the dough as well as rolling the cookie dough in sugar before baking. I saw no difference in the texture or baking results by using the sugar. They were not quite as sweet as using regular sugar, but that was not necessarily a bad thing. I've used a little in my oatmeal as well, and it provides a nice subtle sweetness, not over the top sugary. I will continue to use it to substitute for regular granulated sugar.

I really enjoy this coconut sugar. I have used it in both hot and cold beverages and for cooking. It isn't as sweet a regular sugar plus has a bit of a molasses flavor. I really like using it in rubs for smoking meet. It helps with the caramelization without being too sweet.

I am loving this Coconut Sugar. It has a bit of a smokey sweet flavor. It dissolves nicely and isn't overly sweet. I use it mostly for coffee and tea and I love the slight smokey it gives. I will buy this again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great Tasting "Sugar"
So far I have used this in my coffee, I have made "sugar" cookies with it and I have just the other day used it to make curried coconut chicken. There are so many awesome recipes I have found for this stuff on Yummly but I love the fact that it's equal use ratio lends it to be used as sugar in anything. The best part? The fact that this sugar doesn't spike your blood sugar levels like traditional white table sugar and doesn't taste fake like so many of the "alternative" sugar and sugar substitutes out there. Listen I took a long time before posting this because I wanted to really see if this was worth it or not and I find myself converted to it. If you have issues with your blood sugar jumping all of the place due to food then this is a worthy substitute for the real thing when it comes to sugar. Granted just like it's counterpart you can't just eat or drink as much as you want without anything at all happening because calories are still that but it's a good start to changing for the better in the new year!

I was a bit apprehensive trying coconut sugar. I thought it would have a strong coconut flavor. But it doesn’t. It has a nice caramel taste that is great in coffee. Very nice flavor. I feel it is a healthier alternative to sugar.

This coconut sugar is much better than the brand I normally buy. I mainly use it for baking but will also use it in my coffee from time to time. I like it because it's much finer than some other brands, the grains are smooth!

Great replacement sugar for baking
It have the characteristics of brown sugar although this is more refined and have a bit of a malted powder flavor and taste to it. Tried it on our homemade iced tea and gave it a distinct aftertaste which I can only attribute it to it being from coconut source. Nonetheless, it tastes good and seem like a good replacement sugar for baking because of its subtle taste. A thing to note as well: because it's not too "sugary sweet" you might need to use more than what a recipe calls for in sugar amount.
