    Crunchy

    It sounds like my bed is wearing a diaper or a maxi pad. I definitely do not like that. Also, it’s a bit pricey for something so thin and crunchy. It fit my bed, and didn’t arrive damaged. 2 stars.

    My mom loved it!

    Bought this as a surprise for my mom (along with a new comforter set and pillows) to spruce up her room after a brief stay in the hospital. Not only did she love it, but she said it was the best sleep she has gotten in years.

    Front-load only

    Washing instructions say to use a front-load washer. That would be fine if I had one, but I'm not going to the laundromat every other week to wash this. Wish that had been stated in the information. I wouldn't have bothered ordering it.

    We are sorry this item did not work out for you. We Recommend a front loading large capacity washer due to the size of this item. However, it can be washed in a top loading large capacity machine preferably without an agitator. Remember to wash warm and rinse in cold water. gentle cycle, with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat, turning frequently to avoid scorching. Do not iron, steam or dry clean. We want you to be happy and suggest returning to the retailer so you can get a refund. Thanks, DOWNLITE
