Best Option I've Found
Does the best job cleaning - including under the rim and without spraying water like bristles do. (I've tried both synthetic and natural.) Because there are no bristles, it's easy to rinse (and let dry under the seat) to prevent it from getting gross. Took a little more effort than some but with much better results, less mess, where it looks like it will last a lot longer than other brushes.

Who knew cleaning the toilet could be fun
This little guy gets in all the dirty places you don't want to put your hands. The brush is silicone so you don't have misc pieces of toilet scum in your brush. The open top allows it to dry to help keep things extra clean!
