    Bought this Keurig exactly 1 year ago tomorrow and it just stopped working. Extremely disappointed. This is our 2nd Keurig in 2 years. They just don't make them the same anymore. I even registered this one with my Keurig account but THIS model is not covered by the 1 year warranty, go figure! Will be moving to Nespresso as they seem to have reliable machines.

    Our K Supreme cratered after descaling and 6 months of use. I called Keurig warranty department and they made it so easy to send out a replacement. Yes, I would buy one again because of their warranty - but I sure hope descaling doesn't fry this one, too. We used a percolator for the 2 weeks it to get the replacement so we double enjoyed as we didn't have to perk any more:0)

    The K supreme single serve coffee makers, in my opinion, are not very good. I was hoping when I bought my first one in August of 2024 that I would have it for a long while, as were the original big, old Keurigs that seemed to last. Wasn’t even 6 months and supreme single serve, didn’t work.

    Coffee is the first thing most people drink every day. When a coffee maker breaks, i would think a brand such as Keurig would care about their customer and make getting a replacement out ASAP. It took 7+ days and i had to beg them to overnight it on day 5 when i had to call and figure out the status. Very bad customer experience. Would expect more from this brand.

    Keurig was great to replace my defective machine. My only complaint was that their online form didn’t work and it took several days and multiple phone calls to submit my warranty documents. Once the documents were received, I had my new machine within a week.

    I’ve been buying Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. The company is awesome, they go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Whenever I’ve had a problem and you call them they will do everything to help you fix this. If they can’t fix it over the phone they will make sure you get a new one. The associate I spoke to helped me to try and descale the machine the proper way. But for this coffee maker it didn’t work. I would highly recommend their coffee makers and continue to buy them. I give them a 10!

    The warranty was honored. My keurig purchased in November, 2024 just quit. We really liked it so we’re very happy it was replaced. It took a few extra calls, but 9 days later the replacement arrived.
