Had this for a year and a half until it quit working and of course passed the warranty. Loved this machine, it was quiet, fast heating up the water and very compact until it quit working for me. One day it just stopped working, it wouldn’t heat up the water and completely stopped working. I did all the proper maintenance, descaling, always left the pod compartment opened so dry and cleaned the water container and used purified water. Just sad that it didn’t lasted more than 1 1/2 years.

Machine just stopped powering up after 1 summer of use - on weekends. Smelled something hot/burning then simply powered off. Having said that - Keurig replaced the machine pronto. Thank you. Hoping to have better luck with this one.

Kuerig quit working after 4 months. Was sent a replacement that quit working as soon as I plugged it in. While waiting on another replacement, I took the original one apart after watching a YouTube video and was able to fix it. We shall see how long the fix will last. Would not recommend this product. Should have been recalled for faulty thermo regulator.

9 months after buying this coffee maker it stopped working (1 year feels short for a warranty though). Keurig stood by their product and replaced it. I had an issue uploading receipts etc due to the limitations on the form but once I called them a quick email did the trick. Thank you

This is our 4th machine in the past couple months. All previous machines failed and were replaced under warrantee. The latest one is a little different in that the top control section which is hinged seems to be ill fitting and somewhat loose. We’ll see, but I am concerned that this one will end up failing just like the others but for a different cause. The people at Keurig sure could use some help in their reliability and quality departments.

Love that I can switch out the pod adapter and use my own grounds to make coffee. Gonna buy a couple more because it takes a while to cool and empty the grounds in order to refill it.
