[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dude. When it works they are absolutely the BEST. But I've just thrown out my 2nd machine. Both quit working. 1st one died after 7 months but your company gracefully sent replacement. Now after 13 months the replacement has also died. Please fix this flaw as I loved everything about it but now receipts and warranty are long gone.

We're sorry to hear you've experienced issues with both of your Premium Single Serve Brewers, especially since you enjoyed the machine's performance when it was working properly. If a brewer stops operating, we recommend confirming the outlet is functioning, performing a cleaning/descaling cycle, and ensuring all components are properly seated, as these steps can sometimes restore operation. In the future, before disposing of the unit, please give us a call so we can check warranty eligibility and available service options, as warranty coverage is determined by the date code on the machine or proof of purchase, whichever is newer. Thank you for your feedback, which has been shared with the appropriate team.

easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is easier to use than my old Keurig. All I have to do is put the coffee in and press one button. Pretty simple.

So Far So Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had Cuisinart Coffee Makers in the past and they all held up well. The machine is very nice looking and seems to be well made. I only question why the one spot on the coffee maker that is constantly touched was not made with a finger resistant material? Even so it does make a good cup of coffee.

So far, So good!
So far, so good! Owned a model 700 for many years and was exceptionally pleased with it. This one is very nice so far. I really like that its instantly ready to brew as soon as you turn it on. Like other reviews, this model makes a lot of noise but not offensively loud. Seems to be a good purchase at this point and hopefully it will last like our previous one.

Forget Keurig, you will be glad you did.
Forget about Keurig buy the Cuisinart single serve coffee maker. You will be happy that you did, it's fabulous and has a 3 year warranty compared to Keurig's 1 year warranty.

Great Coffee and Dependable Coffee Maker
I’ve been a Keurig owner for many years, but they don’t last very long. A friend owns this Cuisinart coffee maker that I’ve used whenever I stay with her and she’s always raving about it for good reason. She’s had it for probably 8 or more years. This coffee maker not only makes a good cup of coffee, its longevity is what prompted me to ditch the Keurig and become a satisfied Cuisinart owner. My husband and I are thoroughly happy with our new coffee maker and look forward to a lasting partnership with Cuisinart.

This machine better be better than you
There’s more to do on this rather than on keurig and there’s no difference in coffee taste but it is nice looking appliance so as time goes on. We will see if it gets easier and I’ll let you know. Thanks.

Great cup of coffee.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Cuisinart coffee maker that we have owned over the last many years. It makes a great cup of coffee! The only issue that we have with this particular one is that it seems to be a bit noisier than the other two. However, we have tried other brands in the distant past and this model of Cuisinart is the best by far.

Don’t settle for anything other than a Cuisinart!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not use any other machine than a Cuisinart. First thing in the morning I have my 6 ounce kcup of coffee, followed by oatmeal that I use the hot water button for. I absolutely love the Five settings from 4 ounce to 12 ounce. I don’t know why anybody would buy any other machine than the Cuisinart. This is actually my fourth machine in a lot of years! Please don’t ever quit making it.

Comparison to Older model
Replaced older unit with this model. These are my pros and cons in comparison to the older model: PROS • Instant hot (no longer need to wait for unit to warm up). • Brew Head is always level – Brew Head no longer tilts forward keeping brew head cleaner. CONS • Unit vibrates and is extremely noisy. This increases as the reservoir gets closer to empty. • Water reservoir is no longer lighted (harder to determine current water level) • Smaller water reservoir (needs to be refilled more often). • Entire unit feels ‘cheaper in quality’.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for choosing Cuisinart again. We're glad to hear you appreciate the instant heating and improved brew head design; for the vibration and noise, ensuring the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface and keeping the water reservoir filled above the minimum level may help reduce operating noise. We appreciate your feedback and insights, as they help us identify opportunities to enhance our products and overall consumer experience.

Cuisinart SS-10 Single Coffee Brewer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently purchased Model SS-10 Cuisinart Coffee Brewer and am very pleased with the brewer so far. I’ve used other single serve coffee brewers and they haven’t delivered as good a cup of coffee as Cuisinart’s. I also purchased this product at a very reasonable price.

Can't go wrong with Cuisinart!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a month ago to replace another Cuisinart coffee maker that also had the 12 cup brew option. We used the single serve so much and rarely the 12c side that we decided to replace it with the single serve unit only. We did replace for the sole reason that it began to leak ever so lightly underneath the lid somewhere. It lasted us for about 10 years. Love this name brand in many of our appliances.

Worth Purchasing Again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just now writing a review. Sometime ago, I had purchased the new Cusisnart K-Cup model for my Granddaughter’s birthday a few months before my Cuisinart Coffee Pod Maker finally wore out. I offered to take her machine and buy her any new Coffee Maker of her choice. However, she absolutely loved her Cuisinart Coffee Maker Single Serve and did not want to give it up, even to Grandma. So I purchased a new Cusinart Coffee K-Cup Machine for myself. I do miss the blue light that lit up the water reservoir on my first Cuisinart Coffee Maker, but this one is still worth 5 stars.

Was good but now... not so much.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Enjoyed it at first. But now, it's starting to have issues. I think it's from the vibration of the pumping of the water. But now the water flow is slow. Splatters everywhere, and is very loud. Looks great. But has me now disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that your Premium Single Serve Brewer has developed performance issues after only a few months of use. If you're experiencing slow water flow, excessive noise, or splattering, we recommend running a thorough descaling cycle, checking that the water reservoir is properly seated, and ensuring the needle and brewing areas are free of any buildup, as mineral deposits can affect brewing performance. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8901064008 so our team can provide additional troubleshooting assistance and learn more about your experience. We appreciate you sharing both the features you enjoyed and the concerns you've encountered, as your feedback helps us improve our products and consumer experience, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Great so far
We are very pleased with our brewer after using it for a couple weeks. It has a good sized reservoir and brews a nice hot cup of coffee. Some have stated it is noisy but compared to the Keurig's we have had we find it less so. All in all very pleased.

Best Single Serve Brewer
After years of being disappointed with the "K" brand single serve coffee makers, I am very delighted with the Cuisinart Brand Single serve coffee maker! I've been using it for 2 months and each time I get a wonderful cup of coffee. This little darling has so many cup-size options, from 4 oz to 12 oz, and the "Rinse" option cleans the brewing system when switching between tea, cocoa, or coffee. But I really am impressed with the "Very Hot" brewing option, so that I don't have to nuke a half-full cup before I can enjoy the whole thing! And if you prefer your OWN particular grind instead of "K" cups, there is a nifty storage compartment in the side with a reusable filter cup (that stows away very nicely... no more searching for it!) To be honest, the Cuisinart is not as quiet while brewing as the competition, but all the other excellent qualities and options make that a very insignificant matter. If you are hesitating on whether to make the change from the popular "K" competition brand, hesitate no longer! Take the step and purchase the Cuisinart Single Serve. Its compact size and generous water reservoir give this coffee maker 5 stars from me!

Best Warranty
This is our second brewer. The first one was replaced under their generous warranty after two years, 7 months. The hot water button stopped working. Therefore we couldn’t descale, so it died from not descaling. The coffee Brew button would have to be pressed twice for it to work. The warranty process was super easy and I had a new brewer with two weeks

Easy Quality Design
This is my second Cuisinart Single Serve Brewer. The design, quality, and just the right amount of versatility. Nothing difficult to deal with in the morning for coffee and hot water (with a with a timer). So easy to brew and clean. Tried Keurig and it was too bulky with better presence on my counter.
