I waited a couple days to wash my hair so I could get real results and it definitely made a difference. My scalp feels soft and didn't dry my hair out like other products. I Like that it didn't make my hair ratty when brushing either.

Since I have more fine hair, it is a little heavy so I like to alternate between using this and another more clarifying wash. Still a great product and would work even better if you have thicker hair.
