MegaFood Blood Builder Vegan Iron Supplement Tablet

I take these with my other vitamins every morning. I just swallow it quick with my chocolate Fairlife protein shake and it’s so simple and easy to get my iron up without being gross or hurting my stomach afterward.

I love these I feel like they saved me!!! I was struggling with feeling cold, dizzy, heart palpitations, and feeling like I was going to faint- primarily around time of the month. Started taking these and it took maybe a week but it was night and day difference, I’m not a doctor but I really feel like they saved me. I try to take with food but a few times I didn’t and no nausea at all. Love these!

I bought this iron because it has a different formulation and it has been fantastic I suffered with chronic anemia for years including having to do infusions because it could not tolerate other iron pills I have no G.I. issues yet these are highly effective ! So glad I had read the reviews and gave these a try

If you do the research on this Iron MegaFood Supplement; you’ll be amazed to learn that it is a very effective iron supplement and it works well, without any side effects or any adverse reactions!! I have been taking it since January 2025. I was leery about it initially, however; when my blood tests showed lots of improvement and my Doctor was happy, I knew I had the right supplement after I tried several different brands!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND.

After 1 week I already notice that my energy levels are improving! I don't feel as lethargic and don't feel the dizziness either. I break my pills in half- so half pill per day so that I can make up the remainder of iron via my food intake. I also didnt know that low b12 can contribute to fatigue so its nice that this product has b12 too.

I think over all this is a better product than most because you are getting the iron from natural sources but I will say since it doesn’t have any of that artificial codings on it it has a strong iron taste almost immediately. Over all though I would recommend this product over store brand pills.

My daughter and I are trying these for the first time starting today. My ferritin is 11 (storage iron) but my hemoglobin is normal level 13 (circulating iron). I will come back and update in 8 weeks to see if this product increases my ferritin. First impressions: I took it in the morning on an empty stomach with water and waited an hour before eating or drinking anything else. I had no stomach issues which was nice as I usually don’t tolerate iron supplements very well. My daughter took after a meal with fresh squeezed orange juice and she also experienced no stomach issues. Just to throw another recommendation out there for those that may struggle with iron supplementation due to absorption issues or digestive disturbances…Floravital by Floradix is also really good as well (instant energy boost when consumed with fresh squeezed orange juice on an empty stomach) it’s just expensive, stains teeth, messy, taste like you’re consuming grape flavored pennies (lol 🤣) can be hard to find, needs to be refrigerated and used within 30 days of opening so I was in the market for an alternative just in case I can’t get Floravital (gluten and yeast free version). I will come back and update my review in a couple months and display my new ferritin levels.

These do work! But the pills are big. I use the wonderful Mini version, which I bought regularly from Target until they stopped carrying them. Now I buy elsewhere.

Not knowing i had anemia for 3 years and feeling down depressed until i took these magic pills. Its been 3 weeks, i feel amazing, i can sleep i finally have energy to do things. I highly recommend this to anyone!!!

This is a “Real food” blood builder iron pill, which is a nice change in a supplement to actually have real food ingredients. This one includes beets and oranges. Due to this it also has vitamin C, folate, vitamin B12. This goes down easily and does not upset the stomach.

2 months taking it. I’m going to continue to take them. No constipation. No nausea.

These didn't upset my stomach like other iron pills. I also love that they're vegan and include vitamin B12.

I like this iron. I notice a difference in how I feel when I take them. The after taste isn’t my favorite but it goes away quickly. I do not get stomach issues from these ones.

Best iron supplement that I have ever tried, I’m always anemic and this one has small pills easy to swallow and organic ingredients.This is my second time buying it.

All the people giving this a negative review for "not breaking down" or that it's a bad source of B12 don't seem to even have iron deficiencies. I was anemic. My doctor recommended this. I take 1 a day. My ferritin went from 10 to 21 in 4 weeks. It works slowly as it's a low dose, but I have ZERO side effects. My low B12 was cured as well. I cannot say if I actually "feel" any better because I had no symptoms of anemia when I was actually low iron (and with time became anemic). My doctors were very scared and almost wanted me to get an iron infusion, but decided to try this first since I felt completely fine. Blood Builder helped me to no longer be anemic. I would not recommend this if you're just randomly taking supplements because you think they're good for you. If you don't need iron supplements, don't take them, and don't leave a bad review because you just perceive it to be bad...

I’m current 7 months pregnant and was informed by my doctor that I am mildly anemic. I researched a lot of different iron pills/ gummies but a lot of them irritated the stomach or tasted awful. I’ve been taking these for about three days now (on an empty stomach) and have had no side affects at all. So far so good!

The MegaFood Women's Blood Builder Vegan Iron Supplement worked very well for me and helped me to maintain my iron levels. I work a job that sometimes makes it hard to eat correctly at specific time and I have struggled with my iron levels for years. Great quality product. Felt a huge difference in energy and how my body felt after a few doses. Did not have an after taste. Immunity boosting vitamins were a huge plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone feeling fatigued.
