I always have this on hand for those mornings where I don't have much time to make anything. It's lightly sweet and tastes great with just boiled water although I like adding some milk to it. Not much ingredients although I'm not sure what exactly makes up "Natural Flavor". I usually have 2 packets at once because 1 isn't enough for me. Highly recommended!

One packet is 10% smaller than Quaker but somehow has twice as much sugar? I usually eat 2 packets at a time if I did with these I would br at almost 50% of my daily intake not really the healthy food I am going for.
