Great freezer!

It’s a perfect size for 2nd freezer. It has been working very well. It’s noiseless! I also have the second fridge 3cubic feet which is still working very well after almost 3 years. I am happy with both products.

Extremely Quiet and Also Effective

This freezer easily freezes down to at least 12 degrees below zero without turning the control all the way up. I have decided to keep the control way over to the left opposite the coldest level, and it is keeping the temperature at from approximately four or five degrees below zero to five or eight degrees above zero - more than enough to keep ice cream well-frozen. Except for an occasional click, you could easily sleep next to it - it is that quiet.

Simple and Reliable

We used this product in a research lab to store animal samples. It worked flawlessly for about 5 years---until the university safety officer came and insisted a lock be installed to "secure the samples". A facility service guy came to install the lock, and drilled right through the condenser coil (on the side panel), ruining everything. We bought an identical freezer as the replacement, and everybody agreed we are not going to install any lock this time.
