    Too much?

    According to what I have read this is way over the safe amount of vitamin D to take daily. This is a fat soluble vitamin and can build up in your system.

    Seems okay

    No problems so far, no digestive upset or other adverse effects. Haven't taken long enough to know how well the benefits are, until my next DEXA scan.

    Great Product

    I’ve been buying Vitamin D3 for about 3yrs now. Great product & because of that, I’ve purchase L-Theanine, Omega 3 & vitamin K2. Hopefully one day they can produce a high quality magnesium (include Citrate) complex pills & I get all I need from you & don’t have to search anywhere else, you all have a great company, keep up the great work!
