Gentle but quiet watery and thin
I like that it’s gentle. I don’t like how watery it is. I feel like I lose the majority I put on my hand every night just because it slides off my hands before I can put it on my face.

Extra Gentle = Doesn't Clean
Waste of money. I have literally triple cleansed with this product and still have mascara, make-up, and SPF left on my face (I sometimes use a tinted SPF, which is how I know it's not coming off) .

Disappointed- wouldn't recommend
I got the sea foam mini as a free sample and it was decent, but I've been having skin issues and looking for a new regular cleanser so I decided to get this since it said it was for sensitive skin, which I have. I use a microfiber washcloth and add cleanser to clean my face. With this cleanser, it's almost like it disappears... there's very little lubrication so you have to use more of it (which is a waste of money since you're going through more product) - it touts having low foam but the reality is that it has almost no lubrication. It feels like I'm just using the bare washcloth on my face, and with my sensitive skin, even the microfiber cloth is too harsh if there's not something else on it. I'm really disappointed with it since it seemed, by the description and other reviews, like it would be perfect. Maybe it works better if you just use your hands and no cloth, but I need the cloth and it just doesn't work well this way. :(

Good concept, still needs work
I like the price and the concept, but there is a solution issue. The formula isn't quite right. There is crystallized sediment that gathers around the dispenser. The crystallized sediment is very very hard. Some ingredient is salting out.

Irritates my skin
I wanted to like this but it irritated my skin. I also found that the product was too watery and was difficult to keep work with. I like that the ingredients are clean and the packaging is mindful of the environment and it's not tested on animals but it just didn't work for me.

I like the product the dispenser is just terrible though. Based on other reviews, I'm not alone in this sentiment. The product t is way too thin a consistency for this type of distribution. As soon as you open the cap it starts pouring out. If they fixed the dispenser, to something like a pump, I'd repurchase.

Pacifica Rose Kombucha face wash was the best face wash I've ever used. It truly was gentle but removed my mineral SPF and makeup AND left my face soft which is near impossible for me to find. Since they discontinued it, I've been on the search for a suitable replacement. This may work well for some but I'll keep looking. Pacifica if you see this, please stop discontinuing good products and/or changing formulas of already good products!

I bought this product about 4-5 months ago and I'm just now running out. I have sensitive/combination skin type so finding skin care products that actually work have been very difficult over the years. So excited to try the rest of their products!!

great face wash, BUT...
it’s very soothing, doesn’t break me out, helps my ezcema, and has no fragrance, so if you’re bothered by fragrance and have very sensitive skin, this is a good option. it’s also pretty affordable! the only thing is… it should come with more product!! this is only 5 oz, so it doesn’t last very long. i will probably purchase this again, but i hope Pacifica considers making bigger bottles of their face washes.

I'm giving this 1 star because I can't give it zero. Worst "cleanser" I've ever had the misfortune to waste my beauty budget on! I have loved so many Pacifica products over the years. It pains me to write this review. This does nothing, Nothing to remove make up, sunscreen or daily dirt. Worst of all, if I use a professional theatrical makeup remover and follow up with vegan ceramide my face goes red and feels burnt. So much for "gentle". If I could get me money back I would. Most disappointing purchase in recent history.

My go-to face wash
This has been my go-to everyday face wash for about a year now. My skin is dry yet oily and is prone to breaking out. I bought this because the other face washes I have tried in the past would over dry my skin and leave my face red and tight feeling. I went out on a limb and bought this as well as the face cream and I haven't looked back since. It is gentle enough to use every day, twice a day and my skin doesn't feel dry anymore and the regular redness I was experiencing has significantly decreased.

Perfect mild cleanser
This was one of my free samples in my last order. I was hesitant to use it because my skin can be so sensitive. I usually use a natural calendula soap bar and when I saw this product had calendula in it, I tried it. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and it leaves my face feeling really clean with no skin issues at all.

Gentle face wash
I have combination skin that gets dry in the winter. This cleanser did not leave my skin feeling tight afterward. I went through it pretty quickly because it is a bit runny and a lot would squirt out of the tube each time I used it. I would buy it again.
