Terrible Overall

Doesn't dissolve well even in warm water, makes chunks of sticky gum. Turns the water a terrible brownish color and makes an aweful smell. I was not happy with how it made my treats taste either, i will never buy this product again, wasted my money.

Our Beef Gelatin Powder is also known as the "Cooking Collagen" and only dissolves in hot liquids and gels more in cooler liquids making it ideal for baking or for gelatin style desserts.

Very nice, wish it was less expensive

Very nice product does exactly what I need. Dissolves quickly, doesn't have a taste and makes my smoothies thick so they're more filling
