Been a JB user for 10 plus years. This is my go to mask cleanser. Highly recommend it to new user.

I had a sample of this sitting around FOREVER. I was scared to try it due to my sensitive skin. I ran out of my normal cleanser and decided to give it a go. After three uses of the sample, I bought the largest size they make. I've been blessed with great skin, but during lockdowns and working from home, I fell off my skincare routine. Blackheads were no longer a foreign concept. Teeny tiny, but still, they were there! Chin area. As I've used this religiously (but gently!), they have started to disappear. Not overnight - this is over a period of weeks. If I wear makeup, I don't use this to remove it, but I do use it to wash my face afterwards. I hadn't realized how dull my skin had gotten. I will stick with my routine and enjoy beautiful skin - and I won't keep it a secret! I guess my skin isn't as sensitive as I thought - or this is gentle - if you use it gently. LOVE IT! I do wish it smelled better though.

It’s good but too runny or watery when you apply it as a mask

Used as a mask, this product lifts everything out of your pores. When you wash it off you feel completely refreshed and your skin feels rejuvenated.

I use it before shaving and I get a much smoother and closer shave.

Thought I would try this to see how it felt. Easy to use and leaves my face feeling clean.

My favorite face wash. I like the 10 ounce size but I would prefer to see it offered in the 16 ounce size in the near future. I like the dual use of this product.

I like the large 10 ounce size. I enjoy it as a face wash as well as a mud mask. I notice a fresh, clean look to my face after washing or applying a mud mask.

product was underwhelming - watered down - attempted to mix it in the tube with shaking and squeezing and it's just too much liquid (water).

This is my go to face wash. When I first bought several years ago I used it just as a mask and used the daily fash wash as my cleanser. I have since made this my daily and use the other one when shaving. Lathers up well and feels like it cleans well and exfoliates a little.

Love this product, I'm using 2-3 times a week as a cleanser (when I feel my skin needs a deeper cleaning), and at least once a week as a mask. I have oily skin, this cleanser makes my skin feel cleaned and refreshed. In the other days, use the Daily Cleanser, also amazing.

I enjoy using this as my mud mask as well as my daily facial cleanser; I use it every other day for my oily skin, so I am pleased that this cleanser comes in a larger size.

I use this during my shower. Really makes my skin feel clean. Then moisturizer afterwards.

This is my husband's favorite face wash. It works great at exfoliating under his beard and is gentle on his sensitive skin

Outstanding wash! Love the earthy/primal smell and feel the wash has. But I want to know WHICH volcano MY ash came from! I feel like other dudes would as well…be a bragging point…clearly a missed marketing opportunity ????????
