Okay, so I bought this mascara last year and love it. It doeant smudge, it stays on all day, it gives me voluminous lashes after I curl them. Love. Well, I live in Phoenix Arizona where it is mostly dry weather. I traveled to Guatemala this spring break and it smudged, smeared and hated it. So your climate has a lot to do with tbis product. I havent looked yet if they have this mascara in a waterproof formula as I belive that will be amazing for humid climates.

Change in formula?
This was my go-to daily mascara for YEARS. Until the past time I bought it. I liked it since it was not waterproof, so it would not rip out my eyelashes. However with the last tube I bought I notice that I have raccoon eyes within just a few hours of wearing, even when I am just indoors so no sweating or anything. Very disapointing. On the hunt for something else

Everyday mascara
It's honestly just okay. Nothing revolutionary. It's cute for everyday wear, but I feel like a cheaper mascara could give the same result. However, I do like that it doesn't make my eyes watery, that's a big plus for me. It doesnt irritate my eyes at all and I really liked that. It does go on pretty wet though, so you have to be a little careful with application.

Used To Be Wonderful
I've used this mascara for decades and while I sometimes bought cheaper stuff, I knew I could come back to this as a product that never failed… until now. Now it's clumpy and drier than any mascara should be. It's also smudgy on the FIRST SWIPE, and makes my eye makeup look like I've slept in it. Clinique, what have you done? This is just garbage now. Literally. I threw it out after giving it 3 chances. Soooo disappointed.

I love this mascara! I have been using it for years. Every so often I'll get a sample of another brand or try something new, but I'm never happy with it. High Impact mascara provide just the right amount to length and volume to give my lashes a boost with out looking over done.

I got a mini version and I LOVE IT. It's one of my only mascaras that lasts all day and does not come off beneath my eye. It's more natural and not like a clumpy look, but I like it more than i thought I would

Tried & True for Blue Eyes!
I had my reservations about this mascara, but after using it and repurchasing it a few times it's safe to say I love it! Black Honey is the ONLY color of it's kind on the market that is this pigmented and, if you have green or blue eyes, you will LOVE how it makes them pop. This mascara will lightly flake after 6 hours or so, which is super annoying and I wish it added a little more volume, but overall I would recommend this product and use it practically every day.

Disappointed yet again
I've purchased this mascara many times over the past several years. The last two purchases are the same. There seems to be very little product(mascara) in the tube, so how will that help make an impact on my lashes. So disappointed.

Concern over new purchase
I have been a user of this mascara since 2008. The mascara I recently purchased in January is very dry…. almost feels like the tube was empty. It also caused my eyes to swell and burn terribly. I haven't had this problem with Clinique before.

Mascara disappointment
I've purchased 2 of the High Impact Mascara two separate time times. Both of these started out dry and never provided much soft mascara. Not sure I want to try again. This is a hugh investment.

Wand broke off at top
I haven't been happy with Clinique mascara since they discontinued the Dramatically Different Mascara. I have tried using High Impact Mascara with underwhelming results. I feel that there is a lot of under eye smudging by mid-day and the last brand-new tube of High Impact Mascara was defective and the brush wand broke at the base of the wand where it screws into the tube. Made the whole tube unusable and I am extremely disappointed. I will try the High Impact High-Fi Full Volume Mascara but may have to switch to a different brand altogether which I haven't done in 40 years.

I come back to this mascara time and time again
I always want to believe there's a better mascara out there and then I try them....and then I'm disappointed. I come back to this every time. It doesn't flake or clump (not sure what the other reviewers are talking about), is long lasting and comes off easily with appropriate cleanser.

I don't understand how this mascara has positive reviews. I wanted to love it. It did not add volume. It did not present a black honey color. What it DID do was smudge throughout the day.
