My husband doesn't really care for using skincare products but after many skincare trials he says this is his favorite moisturizer and he now moisturizes twice a day since finding a product he likes. For reference, he has oily skin and large pores overall.

My husband is extremely picky about his face; he can't have any shine or he thinks it looks greasy. He used to use hand soap on his face instead of face soap. So his face was super dry all the time. I convinced him to try this product, and he liked it so well he quite literally will ask me to buy more when he's running low. Our daughter tried it when he left it on the counter one time, and she liked it so well, she stole it! To see what the big deal was, I tried it myself and immediately bought my own tub. It does not leave your face greasy or shiny, we don't get any zits from it, it is super lightweight and absorbs and so well! So now all three of us are using this product.

Been using this for a while now. It is so gentle on the skin while giving you lasting hydration. Love the product!

This product is hands down amazing. All of the bad reviews i read were people upset because they changed the old product. I never tried the original but I have been using this stuff for 4 years now and I love it. If its sticky on your face or feels like a mask, your using too much. It really takes a tiny amount and then rub it into your skin. Very lightweight and my skin looks and feels so smooth all day long. I always apply right after I get out of the shower while my skin is still a little moist. Clinique- please please PLEASE don't change or discontinue this line!

Completely ruined a good moisturizer when they changed from the white cream to this gunk. No comparison, does not work as well and feels like a sticky gel. I guess they wanted to make more money, cut corners and offered a far inferior product for the same price. No thanks. Mine's in the bin and they've lost a 20+ year customer.

I remember the original version: It glided only the skin so effortlessly and so smoothly; it was white in color, came in the masculine grey-colored jay, and vanished quickly on your skin; your skin just drank-up the moisture after a shave or after the men's toner; you didn't have a weird sheen afterwards on your skin either. This new version seems to possess the exact opposite of all the prior product's successes: Pasty feeling putting it on; it feels like a skin coating, rather than skin-quenching; and this new one now leaves a blue tint on my olive skin. So I've diluted this one with some other lotions and it's almost all gone now. I hope there wasn't some chemical reaction or FDA restriction for long-term use put on the original—barring it from ever coming back. I'll keep an eye out for when (if) the original ever comes back. I felt like it really worked for me.

The previous hydrator was a cream and worked great. This is gooey, makes my face shine like a mirror and evaporates in a couple hours. Why was it changed? The men's line used to be great with the soap bar, the post shave healer (not the soother like now), the hydrator and the old shampoo both regular and for dandruff. The only thing left is the yellow moisturizer. I started using Clinique in 1985 and it was awesome. The entire line has been replaced with products that are worse that the originals. So disappointing.

Incredible. A little goes a long way. The first facial moisturizer that doesn't break me out after I shave. Wet your hands, flick the water off, put a little on and then apply to your face, and it works amazingly.

I am uncertain as to the reasons behind the unflattering reviews provided by those individuals, perhaps it is possible that your appearance may not align with the intended target audience for this particular product. Maybe you guys are ugly

I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience using Clinique's men's moisturizer. Expecting a premium product from such a reputed brand, I was shocked to find myself dealing with a worse scenario than before. Not only did it completely fail to address my dry skin, but it also caused a severe rash that was both uncomfortable and alarming. This is absolutely unacceptable from a product that claims to be dermatologist-developed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other options, especially if you have sensitive skin. A total letdown from Clinique!

Agree with all reviews that the original product was outstanding. This new sticky gel-y mess is no comparison and should not be sold as the same product. Original was actually a cream that absorbed into your skin. This new product is basically a GEL mask and feels sticky and tacky on your skin. Sold in same jar but call a Gel-Creme. No creme or cream in this product. Avoid at all costs and find a new moisturizer. Clinque, please go back to the original formula!
