    I would not buy this product again

    I recommend the product unless they changed the formula, but the new packaging is terrible. I could not pump the product out of the container. I returned it.

    Another out of the park transformer!

    I finally tried the PTR C serum. In three days I noticed a difference. My skin felt smoother. I still have some mild sun spots , which will take longer to disappear. I expect that. I just didn't imagine such a difference in under a week!! This is definitely a HIGHLY recommended product!

    Pump doesn't work

    Used to love this product and felt it made a difference in my skin back when the packaging was silver/orange. Purchased and returned two of these (new white/orange packaging) due to the pump not working. I gave up on this and purchased a different brand of vitamin C serum.

    Stinks!!

    Yikes it smells so bad! I tried it for the first time 6/10/25 . Smells like rotten eggs plus it came out of the bottle really thick and a wierd color yellow. I still could smell it once i put it on. Had to go into a public bathroom to wash it off.

    Unpleasant smell

    The odor of this product line is very unpleasant. I thought that this would be useful for my skin but the odor is offensive. I will be returning for a refund as I cannot use the product.

    In love with this serum

    I have owned a lot of serums throughout my adult life. PTR Potential-C is by far a superior quality than the rest. It starts with the beauty of the bottle itself, the sublime experience of rubbing in the serum. It is exquisite. The light smell and ease of application are divine. The results can be seen almost immediately. I will never use another serum again.

    Hooked after one use!

    Great product Could tell a big difference on my skin after the 1st use! My acne scars are definitely diminished My skin is smoother & lines are less visible The only thing negative is the smell but if it works this well I’ll deal with it Thank you PTR for making such good products

    Disgusting smell

    I got this for free, was super excited but when I put it on the cheap burnt plasticy smell was so powerful it made me sick. Would not recommend at all.

    Smells like burnt cheap plastic

    I thank God I didn't pay full price for this, it didn't help my skin with discoloration, this is just an overpriced moisturizer that smells horrible, truly horrible, like you're burning a cleaning solution with plastic, I have to use it at night, otherwise I'd be smelling it the whole day, I would recommend this to someone I hate.

    Packaging

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most important info for ptr pump products, you must keep pump products upside down to get the most out of them, up to a month more. Other than that I love ptr products!!! I’m 71 and I look great for my age thanks to my PRT regimen.
