    Arrived way later than 4 hours, not worth the attitude from customer service

    Order never fulfilled. Again

    Second time I’ve ordered and Target never fulfilled the digital order after two days. After 20 mins online chat, they cancelled my order and I had to purchase elsewhere because I needed to top up our phones. Why does this only happen with the $35 card?!never had a problem with other denominations.

    Do not order if you need immediately.

    Very frustrating & unsuccessful - contacted Guest Services via chat and phone to get a status on the email delivery. They were unable to determine the issue or provide beneficial solutions. Had to order online via another retailer. Very frustrating because I have never had this issue with e-delivery via Target.

    Easy cost savings

    Purchasing the refill cards is cheaper as they aren’t taxed so you save money off the top. On top of that, target frequently has circle offers to get a % off or additional target circle earnings so you can save more that way. For example I just purchased $120 worth of cards for $96 due to a target circle offer. You are able to get the 5% off if you pay with a target red card as well, which I do solely for the discount. The refill cards arrive via email within 15 minutes without fail. I immediately load them into my account and have not had any issues. If I had a gripe, it would be that you have to click the link via email. You’re taken to a screen to enter your email, then another screen to select view card, then a third screen for the actual card. So lots of steps for redemption but it’s worth saving money.

    The only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 stars is…

    because I wish there were more options, like $20 & $30 etc. I received an email just over an hour after purchasing and with my new given code, I logged into the app (texting doesn't work), put in the code and was immediately ready to go! I saved $30 on Uber costs just to physically go target and back for a refill card! I'm very pleased!
