    superhero disappointment

    I'm very disappointed in the Superhero Mascara which is strange because it was one my favorites. It seems to be going bad, or drying out, very soon after starting it. This makes it very difficult to apply evenly. This has happened with the last 3 I have purchased. I'm bummed for sure. Not going to buy it again and this is after using it for years.

    Dry

    The best mascara EVER!

    Flakes really bad

    I used to love this mascara so I don't know if they changed the formula, but now it flakes off in little bits and gets in my eyes and irritates my eyes. I used to be able to sleep in it and wear it the next day (I know, I know, but I'm a stay at home mom) with no problem but now it flakes everywhere really badly. It looks good when you first put it in though.

    Very Disappointed

    I have been using the super hero mascara for years now. I don’t know if the formula has changed but it’s been dry like they are old. This has been for the last few of my orders and I have been buying at least three at a time when they are on sale. I won’t be buying this mascara any longer. Very disappointed.

    One of the worst mascaras I have used

    I previously used the IT Cosmetic mascara Lash Blow Out (came in grey and yellow packaging), it was the best mascara I have ever found. It was discontinued so I thought this may be a good replacement, boy was I wrong. This is the worst mascara I have ever tried; it is clumpy/gooey and makes all my lashes stick together. It does not even unclump when you use a dry mascara wand to try and move the access around not to mention the smearing. Definitely not worth almost $30, I don't think I would even pay $5 for this. Do yourself a favor and pass on this product.

    Dries out very quickly

    i have bought this mascara for several years. Loved it initially , even had it on auto delivery. I will no longer use as it literally starts to dry out after the first use. This has been and issue for the last 5 tubes I have used. so disappointing.

    Super Elastic Mascara

    The Superhero Elastic Volumizing Mascara makes my eyelashes look longer and much fuller without clumping like some mascaras I’ve used in the past. I do wish there was a waterproof version, but this elastic formula lasts all day. I like the fact that it is easy to apply, clean up and remove without a special cleanser.

    Love the application, hate the wasted product.

    I loved the dry bar mascara they discontinued. I was informed this would be closest they had to it. I love the application and the volume it provides, I’ve came to love it. However, I can not give it a 5 star because it does waste a lot of product. It clumps up when I go to apply it. Upon application there is a lot of product on the wand that I need to clean it off a bit. I wish there was a narrow opening like that not a lot of product would come out and not have to keep spending money on new ones. I actually like it a lot better when there is barely any product left because I don’t consistently have to clean the excess product. If this was change it would be 10/10.

    Not happy with it

    I received this mascara about 3 weeks ago. From the first use it was clumpy. I’d put it on and needed to use a second brush to smooth out the clumps. Not happy with it. There have been times this mascara falls off and into my eye or on my face. Very odd! Seems to be old. That’s when that normally happens. When it’s almost gone not in the beginning. I’ve used HELLO LASHES for over ten years! Never had that issue. I’m still waiting for the message it’s back in stock. I’ve been waiting months to hear.

    Love Super Hero Mascara!

    Love Super Hero mascara! It lengthens my lashes and makes them look fuller. It also stays on my lashes and doesn’t smudge under my eyes. Also easy to remove with Neutrogena eye makeup remover.
