Multi purpose, oven and dishwasher safe

This is a WONDERFUL piece of equipment! I’ve used it for artisan breads, stews, pasta, etc. One suggestion I may offer is to ALWAYS use parchment paper for bread, or be prepared to use Barkeeper’s Friend for cleaning it.
