it smells good but the musk is a bit masculine for my taste, i will continue to use it though, its not horrible

Great conditioner. Works well with my hair. My only criticism is the strength of the scent. It’s overwhelming for a while. I wish it were more balanced. If I had unscented Native conditioner, I would mix it in with this.

I love the Native products. I've been trying to find a line of products with minimal ingredients, affordable, and stay in stock consistently. The fact that there's so many great scents to pick from is just a bonus. As a guy, Citrus & Herbal Musk is my favorite scent!

My son asks for this product whenever he needs a refill. It leaves his hair clean and full. He loves the lather and the scent. The scent, for me personally, is a bit too perfume-y... smells too much like chemicals more than natural ingredients. (*hence the 4 stars)

I've been using Native citrus and herbal musk shampoo and conditioner for about two years. I was initially drawn to the brand because it was sulfate free and used a limited amount of ingredients. I also enjoy the scent, how easy it is to find at retailers, the price isn't too steep, and it does a good job cleaning your hair. However that is were the pros stop. Fresh out of the shower my hair felt conditioned but after it dried off, my hair was left feeling dry and frizzy. After several months of use, my scalp began to dry out and flake. I tried exfoliating my scalp daily with a scalp massager during my shower routine with no improvement. Then after months of having a dry scalp my hair began shedding in the shower. I talked to my primary physician and they recommended I try a new shampoo/conditioner combo. Within a month of stopping Native, my hair was soft throughout the day, my scalp was hydrated, and the hair shedding subsided. In conclusion, whatever limited ingredients Native is putting in their products is not good my hair and scalp, and I do not have sensitive skin. Based off my experience, I would NOT recommend this brand.

Shampoo and conditioner works great in my child’s thick, voluminous hair. Tames it and makes it soft and smooth. Am going to definitely buy again!

These are going in the trash. What a waste! Made my hair nice and smelled great but the scent was SO STRONG. I could taste it. All day. I've been using the charcoal deodorant for quite some time and love it! Wish they had a charcoal shampoo and conditioner.
