9-cube organizer
This organizer was easy to put together and looked nice. But it is not sturdy. I put this in my son's room and he broke a corner of one of the shelves the next day. It was still usable though. 2 months later he dropped something that landed on 2 of the shelves and broke both of them. I've only had this a few months and it is trash now. I wish I would have chosen a different one.

Just as good as ikea
These are just as good as the ikea organizers in my opinion. They feel extremely sturdy. We did get one with a flaw, but target customer service was great about helping us with the issue and the next one was perfect!

for a higher price from the 11" cube organizers this one is terrible. there is no backing making it wobbly when put together. a shelf shouldn't wiggle when you move it around. and yes I built it correctly. so dissatisfied.

The shelves are fine, not great or terrible. The quality is pretty cheap. You can see in the photos the paint finish is low quality. Pretty much what you would expect for the price, I guess. Easy to put together and holds items, as promised.

Did not hold up to light use
Looks nice. Not at all functional for anything more than very light display items in inner shelves. Had it for only months, never touched it but had some items on the shelves. One of the shelves cracked on the corner where the dowel pin was, simply from having a few coloring books and colored pencils on the shelf. This shelf was in a corner by my desk where there is no traffic and only I accessit rarely. It should have held up to light use. Really disappointing. It’s just not actually functional. Poor quality! I have a few of the 11 inch cube shelves from Target that I have had for years and they are solid quality. Get those instead!

Good little shelf
Good size shelf and very functional. I love the 3 x 3 option as opposed to the more common 2 x 2, 2 x 4, and 4 x 4 sizes. I knocked off one star because it was shipped to my home and arrived with cosmetic damage. It is pretty heavy, I understand how it happened, but I didn’t see the damage until I had already begun assembling the shelf. Target customer support was very helpful, but I recommend if you’re buying this in the store, make sure the corners of the box don’t look dented. And if you order this product to be shipped to your home, check all the panels before you start assembling. The wooden dowels used in the assembly are pre-glued so once you started assembling, you can’t really reverse it easily.

wobbly but good enough for the closet space it was going into. Easy to construct, but be carful with the glue dowels. The directions state to moisten then but green glue dye gets everywhere. Top is all mucked up already and I wasnt even hard on it.

Busted...again?!
I love these. I built my library from these over the years but I’m extremely annoyed at how many will have a stripped screw or a busted corner. This actually came looking like it was previously damaged bc the box was all taped up and smashed at the bottom. Open it up, a corner of one of the pieces is busted. I made it work because I didn’t want to repackage it and my daughter isn’t going to take the best care of it, but one would hope that if it was previously returned for being busted, they wouldn’t send it out again to a different customer. If it wasn’t for this, I’d give it 5 stars.

So flimsy for an outrageous price!!
I’m shocked this costs $100! Absolutely outrageous. It’s just garbage parts of particle board all glued and squished together and made into this cube that is so flimsy! You try to move it and it teeters back and forth. We had to shove it in a corner and use a wall to support it to keep it more sturdy. It is not sturdy at all so I’m not sure why people say that. Very hard to move since it’s so easy to break: it’s like ikea furniture and movers won’t touch it because it’s so fragile and cheap. There’s nothing to reinforce the joints so you can push it lightly from the side and the whole thing bends and changes shape. Not worth this price tag!
