A: The vertical poles are not adjustable. The only way to make this cart shorter is to NOT put on the wheels/casters during assembly.

A: If you have a pipe cutter you can trim the poles to the desired height. The groves in each upright pole serve as guide.

A: The dimensions are wrong. The shelves are only 22 inches long and including the handle it's 26 inches. I just assembled it and cannot use it because of this.

A: The only way to change the height of the shelves after it has been assembled is to take it apart and re-assemble it. There is no mechanism for raising or lowering the shelves once assembled.

A: I replaced the 2" plastic wheels with 2 inch polyurethane wheels. The post and threads were 1/4 20x1 on the replacement wheels I ordered from Amazon.

A: They're adjustable, so you can put the shelves at whatever height you want between them. I think there's about a 1" or so space between each "mark" for where the shelves can sit.
