Opened box and set up as instructed. The system is not able to cool below 40 degrees. We desire 37 degrees and it's not even possible despite trying to trouble shoot with tech support.

The NBC177SS00 is very versatile with the shelving and is very sleek. It is a great addition to my basement remodeling project.

We have this fridge in our basement dry bar and absolutely love it! It holds a ton and keeps things super cold! And the fridges are so flexible, we can use it for cans or large drinks! I recently purchased a Newair 24" Built-in 177 can Beverage Fridge and it has been amazing. I love the space in this fridge, and with the adjustable shelves I am able to store my cans and bottles with room to spare. The best thing about this product is that there is no noise when it is running. And the blue light is super cool.

We had the fridge, waiting for it to go into our basement once finished. Noticed the door was out of square, but had gotten a remedy for it. The quick fix didn't work as we hoped, but Charles at New Air was able to rectify with a replacement sent out to us! So happy to get this resolved and excited to get the new fridge into our new basement.

Purchased for our new construction home and installed in winter 2019. The cooler works ok sometimes, but the vents at the back constantly ice up and then the cooler won't cool below 40 degrees. I ensure that there is space for airflow inside and that the door is securely shut, still the performance is not good at all. Every 3-4 months I have to completely empty the fridge, drag it outside to defrost, clean up all the water, repeat. Unreal that for the price paid you won't get a cooler that can simply function. Would be nice to have a built-in option that can cool down to 33-34 degrees, rather than achieving a low of 36 degrees even in the times it is working properly.

I got 24" Newair 177 can under counter refrigerator for my day to day kitchen use and for the entertainment center. This refrigerator is very robust in cooling and maintaining the temperature for day to day use, even after you open and close it multiple times a day. The arrangements of shelves are so versatile that you can fit in large bottles on top and multiple upright and sideways cans on the adjustable shelves. We have used this unit for our day to day use and get together parties regularly over the past one and half year and I am very happy with the functioning of the unit. This units keeps beverages cool for our parties throughout the summer. This unit has cool feature blue light that gives nice ambience during the darkness and will make easy for you to find out the beverages. Temperature gauze works like charm. You can adjust temperature for your wines and other beverages very easily. I would definitely suggest this unit for your daily needs. This unit is best for wet bar too. Reasonable price and excellent functions.
