Target Scam

This arrived, open with NO ALBUMS, IN ADDITION the cover was banged up. I unfortunately had a medical emergency and missed the return window so now I am left with NOTHING and was robbed by Target for paying and not receiving anything for my money.

Sound quality not the best

Only removing 1 star because Target needs to learn how to pack and ship vinyls. It was laying crooked in a giant box not meant for vinyls. Didn’t even have bubble around it to protect it. The sound quality also is not the best. It sounds very tinny when Taylor sings louder. The record and record cover itself is beautiful. Lots of photos and all the lyrics included.

Taylor Swift-Fearless

I order two vinyl which were to be delivered at different times. The first one came encased in stiff cardboard to protect it from being bent. The second one came tossed into a box MUCH to big for it with just one strip of paper for a cushion. Fortunately is came undamaged which I believe is so far out from what could have happened. This is not the first time that I have received breakable items in a huge box with no cushioning. Please instruct your packers how to ship fragile items!

Beautiful record but...

Absolutely love this album. The pressing is beautiful and the quality is great. My original came severely damaged and they replaced it in a timely manner with a much more secure shipping method. I really hope they start shipping all vinyl records more securely because this wasn’t the first time one of mine came destroyed from shipping. I appreciate the efficient customer service but hate the waste from damaged goods. Please just do it right the first time!

Be careful ordering records!

Record thankfully plays fine after it came sideways precariously placed in a large box not meant for records. I ordered 2 and one came packaged normally and the other like this???? Kind of ridiculous.
