    This was cheaply made. The rug felt like plastic and the stitching around edges was loose and fretted.

    First rug purchase

    Shipping Dept Needs a Lesson

    The rug is wonderful; how it was packaged, not so much! The rug came folded instead of rolled and after 3 days, I'm still having issues with the creases.

    So in LOVE with this rug!!!

    This isn’t the rug I initially wanted! I felt the pattern was far too busy and dark but the rug I did want wasn’t available in the size I wanted(9’x12’) so “I settled” for this and OMG!!! Let me tell you was I wrong!!! The rug is not busy at all! In fact seeing it in person it is not dark at all and nowhere as busy as I thought!! I actually fell in love with the pattern as soon as the rug was on the floor!!!! It does have a very low pile on it and that is perfect for me so my dogs nails dont get caught up in the fibers! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new rug and couldn’t be happier!!!
