Do not purchase, finish comes off

I bought these utensils for the color and that they were dishwasher safe. After a few dishwasher washings a few things happened-the finish started to fade off, some turned a purple color, and most have become scratched. I emailed info@camsil.com and no one has responded. I tried to return them to Target and they said it was passed the 30 days. What a shame, I liked the color and now it just looks terrible. I would like my money back.

Do not buy - unless you never plan to use or wash them

This is an absolutely beautiful set - but one wash and the color is completely off. I am so upset this is what it looks like now. The fork and spoon are from the same exact set!

Please contact us directly for replacements at info@camsil.com For convenience - here are some tips to keep in mind when caring for our fashion forward finishes: -Wash your flatware as soon as possible after use. Some foods can promote staining/corrosion. -Avoid soaking stainless flatware in water for an extended period of time. -Avoid air drying if possible. Using a soft cloth to dry is beneficial. -Do not wash your stainless flatware with any abrasive or acidic cleaning agents and do not soak flatware overnight. -Do not use steel wool pads or detergent/polish compounds that scratch stainless steel or the coating. We truly look forward to hearing from you!
