Q: Is this soap 100% fragrance free. I am hypersensitive and need a soap free of any scents. Soap fragrances cause me to break out in hives in my lady bits.

    Works for incredibly sensitive skin

    I used to spend crazy money on sensitive skin body wash because every other soap or body wash I tried made my skin react negatively. My skin tends to hate anything with scent or chemicals that are potent cleansers, so I was using vanicream and it worked well, but is so pricey. I grabbed a bar of this one day for my daughter and realized later I was out of my body wash and ended up using this instead. That was a year ago and I haven't looked back. My skin does not get itchy or dry or any of the other effects other soaps tend to have for me. Its so cost effective and feels so good on your skin while you're using it and afterwards too. I've tried the Dove sensitive body wash but it has scent added and my skin rejected it within a couple of days. This bar soap is a staple for me now!

    They changed the formula and it smells rancid. The body wash smells closer to what it used to smell like but the body wash is too thick and slimy. Looking for a different brand now.

    Bring back the old formula, new one is horrible

    This used to be the go to soap for sensetive skin, now it just burns and causes irritation..why did they reformulate it????? Terrible.

    No fragrance!

    My husband has recently found out that he is allergic to fragrance in soaps so we switched to this product. It has helped tremendously with the itching he was experiencing.

    Smells Terrible

    The Sensitive soap smells terrible. I don’t know if it’s a new formula I’ve read about in other comments or if it has always smelled that way. I’ve always loved Dove, but typically buy the Original. I bought a new supply recently and thought I’d try the Sensitive. It smells awful. I like the idea of a sensitive soap, but not with the way it smells.

    Hate new formula

    I’ve trusted Dove my entire life. About 10 years ago I switched to Dove Sensitive Skin. Bought a 2 pack recently (thankfully only 2), didn’t realize the formula had changed until after using it. The smell is awful. Both bars will be going in the trash. Same ridiculous price, but stinky. I will never purchase this or any other Dove product again.

I can finally take a shower without being on fire down there , and even washing my hands no longer Crack and burn since I started using it.     Great for sensitive skin and dry winter weather.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t go wrong with dove soap! I’m a big dove soap fan and have been for years. I don’t typically like bar soaps because I find that they leave that waxy/squeaky clean feeling on my skin that can be so drying. Dove is the only one that doesn’t have this problem. Plus, I have psoriasis and eczema and this does not irritate my skin at all, but rather keeps it hydrated. Love it!
