I am very sorry it did not meet your expectations and appeared much thinner than you were expecting from the photos. This particular pillow is designed to mimic many hotel pillows that are intentionally a bit flatter, so some guests who prefer a fuller, very lofty pillow may find it too thin. That said, it should never feel like “no pillow at all,” so your feedback is important and concerning to us. If you still have the pillow, you might try thoroughly shaking and fluffing it from end to end, as the EnviroLoft fill can sometimes compress during shipping and needs a bit of loosening to reach its proper loft. However, we absolutely understand if it still is not right for you.
