Tender and yummy

I was concerned these would be harder than cannellini beans but they were tender without being mushy or mealy. The texture was great to me. The flavor was a pleasant mild nutty flavor as I had expected and hoped for. Nutritionally I think these are better than white bread and I have enjoyed using these as a base for “pizza beans” because they don’t overwhelm the flavor. I appreciate they’re organic. The cans opened well with a regular can opener. Will be buying again.

Overcooked & mushy

Disappointed in the quality of the processing of these beans. I bought them to make my own baked beans & they were a great price but mushy & broken up with lots of skins. I had to use them, but added in 3 cans of beans from another store that were perfection, so I am hoping they don't turn into a huge mushy mess when done. Don't buy these if your going to cook again.

Filled with chickpeas!

When I opened my can of low sodium Great Northern Beans it was filled with chickpeas instead. So be careful buying this product because the label may be incorrect.
