    Poor shipping

    The IPad is fine. The shipping left a lot to be desired. The iPad shipped in a large box with absolutely no packing material at all. Obviously, the iPad bounced around the entire trip. It is a miracle that it was still in the box. The tape was not totally secure and the box was caved in.

    Mary in the Tech department at the Chester- field store did a fabulous job in securing my purchase that was ordered online for pickup at the store. Was ordered from another store then 2 hours later I received an email saying my purchase was out of stock by the time I arrived at the store. When ordered there were 2 still in stock as well as other colors. Wish the computers had been more up to date on the availability. Luckily I was able to find at the Chesterfield store.
