"No Hot Liquids"
Nice size and shape. However, when you review the care and handling on Linney.com as the box advised you to do, it says “No Hot Liquids.” It clearly states to not put coffee or tea directly into the mug. (Really?) Unfortunate, that is what I bought the “Kona Glass Coffee Mugs” for. Returning them.

We only recommend using these warm beverage mugs with warm beverages. Boiling hot liquids can cause cracking or breakage when using. For any further questions, you can email customercare@libbey.com.

Not what I paid for.
These glass mug’s sadly are not 16 oz. I am lucky to get a 12 oz. Can of sparkling water in it. Needless to say I am very unhappy as I purchased 16 oz. glass mugs but that is not what I received.

Large clear glass mugs
My husband likes that the mugs are durable for adding ice & he doesn’t have to worry about a cracked cup. Many of the thin clear glass mugs have cracked for him. The con would be they are heavy mugs.

Perfect coffee mugs!
I’ve looked everywhere for glass coffee mugs and thankfully my husband told me to try Libbey. These are the perfect size and fit well in my hand. They’re well made and attractive if that’s possible for a mug.

The glasses have a ridge of glass on each side, it would be nice if they were smooth all over. Also one of my glasses has what seems like a crack in it.

I really want to like these mugs, and they would be perfect if not for one particularly annoying feature. The seam runs right through the handle and is not a pleasant sensation on the thumb and fingers. Looking at it closely, it is a rather sharp point, and it distracts from what would otherwise be a wonderful coffee-drinking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Kona Glass Mugs ,they are strudy attractive have a strudy handle and they are a great size ,work well for hot and cold beverages. I was extremely surprised that these Kona Glass Mugs would be so attractive and functional ,I thought because they were glass they would be delicate. I would not be able too use them on a daily basis .,wrong I will be using them all the time. Perfect!
