Great, Hiqh-Quality Product
I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I was interested in this product, because it promised so many benefits - especially for metabolism and blood pressure. To date, I've been pleased with the results. This has been easier for me than Metformin. I had no side effects when I started, unlike Metformin, and I feel that I get similar results with my blood sugar. My appetite has definitely decreased. I'm a convert, and I'm looking forward to positive long-term benefits.

Good Product
It's a great brand of this wonderful supplement.. It helped with my husband's blood sugar. The doctor was very pleased with the results and told me to continue taking Berberine along with his other diabetes medicine

Easy little pill, lots of benefits
After doing some research on berberine it seems like a miracle product that everyone should be taking. I figured I would give it a try. I have to admit I am terrible about compliance on taking vitamins and am trying to do better so I don't know the full effects if I had been better about taking this daily. However what I can report is on the days that I did take it it helped with my digestion issues more than any probiotic I've ever taken. Also it helped me to feel more energized throughout the day. According to research it can help stabilize blood sugars so I'm sure that it helped me to not have spikes and then droughts of sugars causing my usual afternoon slump. Other studies have shown it to help lose weight due to how it affects metabolic rates and blood sugars. I am definitely going to try to do better at taking it daily to see if I can be a success story for that research.

Easy to swallow
These capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a weird after taste or odor. So far I have been taking two per day in the morning on an empty stomach with no issues. I haven't been taking the supplement long enough to gain the full effects, but I will definitely take them for a few months before making a decision.

Good supplement
I've started taking this recently, and so far it's all been good. The instructions say to take 1-2 capsules. I usually only take 1 capsule for meds and supplements, so I've been sticking to 1 a day of these as well. I haven't had any negative side effects. The pills look big, but they're no bigger than any standard capsules--easy to swallow, and no bad taste either.

So far so good.
So far I think my body is responding positively to this supplement, but I’ve only been using a short time. I read that you you can have upset stomach, but I haven’t. This is a brand that I trust and I appreciate anything that . Seems to give me more energy throughout my day.

Don't know if it makes a difference
I have been taking these for a couple of weeks but I have not noticed a difference. They are a bright yellow and they are not too difficult to swallow. I did not notice any side effects like stomach issues or nausea.

No side effects
I tried this because I know I have high blood sugar at times. This product honestly made me feel better after heavier carb meals/sugar snacks! I have drastically cut down on the amount of sugars I eat and I think this has helped. I had zero side effects from this supplement also!

Quality product
I wasnt sure if i should be taking this supplement but i spoke to a nutritionist friend of mine and dhe said that the ingredients in thus supplement are effective. I have been taking this supplement twice a dar and i have had no side effects. I fet blood work done later this week so i am interested in seeing how it turns out.

Easy to swallow capsules
I take supplements every day and recently started taking Berberine. These capsules are easy to swallow i take it once a day. It helps regulate my blood sugar levels. I love that these capsules don't have any any smell and easy to take. I will buy and recommend to others.

Tried and true
I started using these about 12 days ago. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. When I take them without food it does not cause upset stomach or nausea. Like some supplements, there is no aftertaste, For about 3 days after starting, I had loose stool which occurred after taking them. I noticed I have a little more energy which is a pro and a con. The con being the impact on my sleeping. I was waking up a few times during the night so I took the evening dose earlier, which helped. I’ve been noticing results with weight loss and overall well-being.
